Launched in June 2024 alongside cohosts Weusi Baraka and Candace Kelley, the podcast aimed to dismantle mental health stigmas within the Black community and create a safe, open dialogue around identity, healing, and representation.

"It's been an interesting experience for me, because it's a place where I feel safe enough to be as vulnerable as I allow myself to be," Warner told PEOPLE at the time. He described the podcast as a powerful outlet where he could show his truest self, not just as an actor or public figure, but as a Black man navigating complex emotional terrain.

"When we talk about the Black community, we tend to speak of it as a monolith," he explained. "The reality is, there are so many different facets of the Black community, and we wanted to have a space where we can really explore, discuss, and acknowledge all of those different aspects."
