Denise Richards' divorce seems to be heading down a long, bitter road as Aaron Phypers has slammed her with some weighty allegations.

The reality star's estranged husband is alleging that a third party led to the breakdown of their marriage, and he had literally caught her in the act.

Aaron Phypers filed for divorce from the TV star earlier in the year, amid claims of physical abuse by Denise Richards, which he has now denied.

Richards had accused her former husband of inflicting injuries on her and also of keeping unregistered weapons in their home. He acknowledged that, while they faced their fair share of challenges in their six-year marriage, things never descended to the point of physical violence.
