Lisa Rinna looked back on her seven-year stint on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” during an interview on the May 31 episode of “Live! With Kelly and Ryan.”
After Kelly Ripa pointed out Rinna’s many one-liners on the show, and suggested that is what makes a “Real Housewives” ideal, Rinna admitted that she’s surprised that she’s lasted so long on the Bravo reality series.

‘RHOBH’ Is Lisa Rinna’s Longest-Running Job

“What’s so surprising is I would have never thought that this would be the longest job in the entire entertainment career that I’ve had. It’s been 32 years and I’ve been on the show for seven years. Can you believe that?” Rinna asked.
According to Rinna, she’s been a full-time cast member on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” longer than she appears on “Days of Our Lives,” and longer than she was featured on “Melrose Place.”
“I can’t [believe it],” she admitted.
Lisa Rinna Never Thought She’d Be Seven Years In

After Ripa told Rinna that she spent 11 years on “Days of Our Lives,” Rinna said that while she has a bit to go before she reaches 11 years on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” it’s certainly a possibility, especially considering she’s been on the show this long.
“I’m on seven here. I don’t know if 11 is going to happen but I would have never said I’d be on the show for seven years,” she noted.

‘RHOBH’ Season 11 Has Two New Housewives

“It is quite a season. We have two new cast members, Crystal Minkoff, and then Kathy Hilton is joining us. And that’s Kyle’s sister. And we love Kathy Hilton,” Rinna said of the new episodes of season 11.
“The show is so good. It is such a great season,” she continued. “The chemistry has been great with everybody and I’m so excited. It’s unreal.”
When Ripa then told Rinna that “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” doesn’t include a script, Rinna explained how that’s come back to bite her at times.
Lisa Rinna’s Mouth Sometimes Gets Her In Trouble

“There’s no script. You are saying whatever flies out of your mouth and sometimes that’s good and sometimes that’s really bad, as you know if you’ve seen me,” Rinna noted with a laugh.
To see more of Rinna and her cast mates, don’t miss new episodes of the 11th season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” on Wednesday nights at 8/7c on Bravo.
