Amy Schumer turned 40 today! The “Trainwreck” star and generally hilarious person spent the day surrounded by friends and family, including husband Chris Fischer, and her young son Gene. 

Swapping her usual glamorous red carpet gowns for a more comfy getup, Amy looked happy and relaxed among her loved ones. 

But, what she wasn’t expecting was the shocking birthday surprise her husband had in store for her! Lucky for us, it was all caught on video. Keep scrolling to see how Chris caught Amy totally off guard. 

With 40 being quite the milestone birthday, Amy can certainly feel proud of her achievements. From standup specials on Netflix to popular comedies like “I Feel Pretty” and “Snatched,” the blonde beauty has been making us laugh for decades! 

What’s more, she’s also started a beautiful family with her husband Chris, welcoming their firstborn back in 2019. Although she struggled with a difficult pregnancy, today she is clearly happy and thriving as a mom. Read on to see Amy’s birthday surprise.
