Kanye West has been dominating lately in the world of fashion in regards to his Yeezy brand along with his collaboration with Gap. Fans have since been waiting for new music from Kanye, though. On Sunday, social media started buzzing after a photo of Kanye and Playboi Carti surfaced. This ended up sparking speculation that Kanye and Carti could have another record together in the stash that they're working on or has already been completed. The two haven't confirmed this, though.
Carti Hinted At A Kanye Collab In December

This collaboration with Kanye is something that Carti appears to have been hinting to fans for a while now. Back in December, Carti posted several photos to his Instagram feed where he was showing off bikes along with one of Kanye standing in front of one of the cars that Carti was at. This post amassed over 1 million views as fans wondered if that epic collaboration would actually end up being a reality.
Carti And Kanye Ended Up Collaborating On Single From Carti's New Album

Carti and Kanye already have a song out and that ended up being released in December as well. This was on the song "Go2DaMoon," which appeared on Carti's "Whole Lotta Red" album. This project did very well as it ended up debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 chart. 100,000 units were sold in the first week of its release. The album was also executive produced by Kanye as well, which is something that he's done for other major artists as well such as Teyana Taylor and Nas.
Carti And Iggy Azalea Split In 2020 After Birth Of Son

Carti also made headlines in 2020 after it was revealed that his girlfriend, Iggy Azalea, gave birth to their son in the summer. Iggy revealed at the time though that she and Carti had split and she is single. In the winter, she also blasted Carti for supposedly missing her birth to go hang out with Lil Uzi Vert and playing Playstation with him in Philadelphia. Iggy took to Twitter to voice her grievances but ended up revealing that the two had eventually buried the hatchet after she had gone off on him in her tweets.
Kanye Is Still Dealing With Divorce

Kanye has been discussed worldwide this year as well, due to he and Kim Kardashian still being in the middle of a divorce. It was revealed at the top of the year that this was happening and in mid-February, paperwork was officially filed. He and Kim have since agreed on joint custody of their four children but the divorce hasn't been finalized yet. Both have since reportedly been dating other people, with the latest info being that Kanye is dating Russian model, Irina Shayk.
