'DWTS': Lisa Vanderpump Admits To An Affair With Her Dance Partner

Lisa Vanderpump is a British restaurateur, TV personality and actress. She is well known as a former cast of “The Real Housewives if Beverly Hills” and “Dancing with the Stars.” 

Vanderpump was born on September 13, 1960, and is married to Ken Todd, who’ also the father of her two children. 

Recently, the London-born author opened up about the time she had an affair with her “DWTS” dance partner, Gleb Savchenko. 

Although Vanderpump’s time on the ABC dancing competition was short-lived, it remains a memorable event for her.

During a discussion with professional dancer, Cheryl Burke, on her show titled “Overserved with Lisa Vanderpump,” Vanderpump made some shocking revelations that fans were not expecting. 

Burke asked the entrepreneur if she still talks to her dance partner from the show? Which she gave a positive nod to. 

She went on to say that her and Savchenko had something else way beyond feelings between them. 

“I think I had an emotional affair with him where I clung on to him because it was so scary,” she clarified.

Even though Vanderpump is happily married with two kids, she still made her thoughts known on the show. 

Burke explained to the 60-year-old, that the attraction she felt with her dance partner, was not a new trend on “DWTS.” 

According to reports, many dance partners on the show revealed that there were certain degrees of sexual attraction between partners. 

Some fans often speculated that these stars sleeping with their dance partners. Also, when Burke asked what she thought about the rumor, Vanderpump replied saying; “Oh I wish we were sleeping together! What are you talking about? I tried.”

Some people say that love can be found in uncommon places, and for stars like Robert Herjavec and Kim Johnson, this love blossomed on the show. 

The couple walked down the aisle in July 2016 after meeting on season 20 of “DWTS” on 2015. 

Another couple who first met as partners on the show is Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev. The pair patterned in season 25 of the show. A few months later, they disclosed their romance via Instagram.  

Another “DWTS” romance happened between Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd. Although the couple first split in 2013 after dating for a year, the got back together in 2014 and got married three years later.

“Dancing with the Stars” is an exciting competition that not only showcases people’s talents, but puts them into team work.

On the show, listening to your dance partner at every step matters because the judges want to see a lot of team spirit and uniqueness in performances. 

The show’s season 30 premiere has been slated for sometime in September 2021.

In the last season, Canadian TV personality, Kaitlyn Bristowe and her Russian-American dance partner, Artem Chigvintsev, were crowned winners. It's unclear if the duo will make a come-back on the show, but fans are keeping their fingers crossed.
