"I was held for 7 days and they tried to keep me for 90," she wrote. "I will not be quiet anymore. I cannot be quiet anymore."

The mother of three went on to allege that she broke her wrist and suffered contusions on her head after being taken from a hot tub at Sundance Resort.

"Summit County police took me from Sundance on July 6. I was in a hot tub. Placed me on an involuntary hold at Summit County Behavioral Health," she continued, before adding, "This is the SECOND time."

But Summit County officials are pushing back.

In a statement to the Daily Mail, a spokesperson for the Summit County Sheriff's Office said no law enforcement agency from their county was involved in any response at Sundance Resort on that date, noting that Sundance is not located within Summit County jurisdiction.

"We are aware of several photographs and social media posts circulating that inaccurately claim 'Summit County Police' responded to an incident at Sundance," the statement read. "I can confirm that the Summit County Sheriff's Office was not involved in any response to Sundance on July 6."

Kelley, however, insists her claims are valid and is asking for help publicly. "I love my kids. I'm not crazy. I need help. And I want my kids back. That's all for now," she wrote in a follow-up post.

The drama escalated further on June 13, when Kelley live-streamed yet another tense incident involving law enforcement. The life coach and mother of three was visibly distressed as officers arrived to detain her, pleading with them and accusing both the police and her estranged husband of mistreatment.

"Scott Wolf has been abusing me and now you're abusing me more," she said during the stream. While the claim was alarming, there is no evidence to support her allegations, and it remains unclear what she meant by "abuse."

Shortly after footage of her police encounter began circulating online, Kelley took to Instagram Stories to share her side of the story, insisting she had been detained without cause. She posted a photo of her belongings laid out in front of her, including a handbag, baseball cap, and Gatorade bottle, alongside a troubling message.

"This is horrible. I have been taken against my will. Please check in on my kids," she wrote. "Also… I am happy!! Happier than I have ever been. I have NO idea why or how this is happening in AMERICA."

Despite her distress, Kelley maintained that she had been cooperative with authorities.

"I am compliant, calm, and respectful, and hopefully this is all sorted very quickly," she added. "In the meantime, be kind to each other. This is one of the darkest things I've ever experienced."

Law enforcement later confirmed she was placed under a 5150 psychiatric hold after making "concerning comments" to both her father and responding officers.

"Our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies," the statement read. "For that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital."
