Jennifer Aniston, currently front-page news following the May 27 airing of the "Friends" reunion special, is now gaining Instagram followers at lightning speed. The 52-year-old sitcom star, who actually broke the platform with her October 2019 join, now boasts 37 million followers, likely set to rise after she this week joined her famous "Friends" co-stars for the much-anticipated HBO Max special. The feed that boasts a cult celebrity following and chronicles the superstar's life, is now gaining interest, independently of the reunion. Check it out below.

Scroll for more photos. Jennifer managed to causes error messages and an effective brief "break" of the social media platform with her opening and debut photo, a selfie that also included "Friends" co-stars Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry, and Matt LeBlanc.
"And now we're Instagram FRIENDS too, HI INSTAGRAM," Aniston had written in a post now sitting at 16.5 million likes. Recent activity, however, has centered around the reunion, including the pre-airing trailer, one watched over 22 million times.

2020 and 2021 have brought headline-making posts from the girl behind Rachel Green, not limited to her outlining the seriousness of COVID, plus proving she can make a pun. The run-up to the Emmys brought Aniston in silky pajamas and with champagne and a face mask as she clarified that it wasn't the pandemic kind she was wearing.
"Emmys prep... in my other mask," she wrote, adding:
"Congratulations to the nominees and all of the amazing performances we’ve seen this year ?????❤️."
Aniston, who boats celebrity followers including "The Morning Show" co-star Reese Witherspoon and "Big Bang Theory" alum Kaley Cuoco, really ramped up the "Friends" action earlier this month, swiping a phrase from the NBC sitcom's character Chandler Bing as she announced everything was ready to air. "It’s official! The #FriendsReunion premieres May 27th on @HBOMax — could we BE any more excited?! ?❤️" she told fans.
The powerhouse actress, who was told she'd never be a "star" from "Friends," is continuing to flex another muscle, though. See it below.

Jennifer has fronted L'Oréal and Emirates Airlines, alongside skincare brand Aveeno. She's now on the Vital Proteins payroll. In November 2020, Aniston announced her latest gig, posing in casual sweats and a tank top as she told her followers:
"I’m so excited to (finally) announce that I’m joining @vitalproteins as the Chief Creative Officer ?. Years ago I started using Vital Proteins regularly... so when the opportunity presented itself to be a part of the brand in a bigger way, I jumped on it ??♀️."
