Kelly Osbourne Slams Insensitive Fan Over Ozzy Death Rumors: 'How Dare You!'

Kelly Osbourne has had enough of people spreading false and hurtful rumors about her father, Ozzy Osbourne.

After a fan on social media suggested the legendary rocker was near death, the 40-year-old hit back with fierce emotion.

In a fiery Instagram post, the television personality blasted the comment and made it clear that her dad isn’t dying.

With her dad continuing to battle Parkinson’s disease, Kelly made it known that while Ozzy faces challenges, spreading lies about his death was not just wrong but cruel.

Kelly didn’t hold back when responding to a fan’s comment in her DM, claiming her dad Ozzy Osbourne looked like he was at death’s door.

Taking to her Instagram stories, the singer shared screenshots of the conversation with the fan.

“This is the sh-t I wake up to. Wtf is wrong with people?” she captioned the photo.

In the screenshot, the fan claimed Kelly didn’t “understand how Parkinson’s disease works,” because she publicly denied that her father is “dying.”

They then went into detail about the debilitating diseases and how it “stops the people from breathing and functioning.”

Overall, the fan told Kelly she was in denial as a stage 5 diagnosis meant the 76-year-old was dying.

In the next slide, Kelly Osbourne shared her response to the concerned fan.

“Believe me I fully understand how this works. Your message is incredibly rude. So firstly I want to tell you to go f-ck yourself! He is not in stage 5!!! That is not the way his kind of Parkinson’s works. You are a nasty c-nt for sending anyone a message like this,” she told the fan.

Kelly also advised them to desist from watching AI-generated content and “stop perpetuating the bullsh-t.”

She made it clear that it wasn’t in her nature to respond to messages like that, but the fan’s message got her really upset, forcing her to respond. “How dare you!” Kelly finished.

Kelly’s response comes after she took to her Instagram stories to dismiss an AI-generated video falsely attributed to her father.

In the July 11 post, the fashion designer revealed that the clip featured a voice distorted to sound like Ozzy Osbourne, claiming he didn’t need a doctor to tell him he was going to die.

Raging against the deception, Kelly questioned, per Us Weekly, “What the f-ck is wrong with you people? Why would you spend your time making a video like this?”

She confirmed that her father lives with the disease and has reduced mobility, but insisted those conditions didn’t mean he was dying.

“He’s not dying,” she said. “Yes, he has Parkinson’s, and yes, his mobility is completely different than it used to be, but he's not dying. What is wrong with you?”

In the same Instagram Stories session, Kelly also addressed rumors about a supposed suicide pact between Ozzy Osbourne and his wife, Sharon Osbourne.

The claim stems from a comment Sharon made over 15 years ago, a controversial remark she later revisited in a 2023 podcast appearance, saying she and Ozzy drew up plans for assisted suicide in Switzerland if either of them was seriously ill.

At the time, the “Talk” alum shared that she didn’t want to “suffer” through death, saying on the “Osbournes Podcast,” that she didn’t “want it to actually hurt.”

However, Kelly dismissed it as inconsistent with her mother’s true character. According to her, it was something Sharon said “to get attention” at the time.

Kelly also urged the media to stop painting her parents as engaged in a death pact. “My dad’s not dying. Stop,” she said.

Ozzy revealed in January 2020 that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, specifically PRKN 2, a rare form of the condition.

He was first diagnosed in 2003 but only went public after experiencing a fall in 2019 that worsened his health.

He described the disease as mild, though it significantly affected his mobility and energy levels.

Ozzy admitted the symptoms made performing difficult, prompting the cancellation of several tour dates.

However, in July 2025, he played his final performance with his band Black Sabbath, making the band’s first time on stage together in 20 years.
