College football analyst, Paul Finebaum, has weighed in on the ongoing drama surrounding UNC coach Bill Belichick and his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson.
For months, the couple has been in the spotlight due to speculation about the former cheerleader's involvement in Belichick's career, particularly in his role as head coach of the college's football team.
However, Bill Belichick himself has dismissed the rumors surrounding him and Jordon Hudson, even defending her behavior during their infamous CBS interview.
Paul Finebaum Takes A Dig At Bill Belichick Over His Relationship With Jordon Hudson

As the new collegiate football season approaches, the University of North Carolina has been making headlines for more than just sports.
This is largely due to their new coach, Bill Belichick, whose age-gap relationship with former cheerleader Jordon Hudson has drawn negative attention in recent months after their disastrous CBS interview.
Now, college football analyst Paul Finebaum has weighed in on the situation, saying that Belichick is playing "second fiddle" to his 24-year-old girlfriend ahead of his debut as UNC's head coach.
"Also, there's Bill Belichick, anybody heard of this guy?" Finebaum said sarcastically on "First Take" on Friday.
He continued, "He's only the most-famous NFL coach of all time this side of Vince Lombardi, but lately he's played second fiddle to his girlfriend. I can't believe I'm actually saying that, but I am."
Finebaum also pointed out that the entire situation has shifted the spotlight onto how Belichick will perform once the season kicks off.
"How does he do on the field?" Finebaum asked, per the New York Post. "Mack Brown did not leave a great cupboard in Chapel Hill, and I think Belichick has recruited well. Can he navigate the nuances of college football, that is really the question?"
UNC Alum Claims The College Has Become A 'Laughing Stock' Because Of Jordon Hudson

Not only have college football experts and former players weighed in on the drama surrounding Belichick, but even UNC alumni have voiced their displeasure over the controversy his girlfriend has stirred.
As reported by WRAL, an alum emailed the school, "Never did I think UNC would become a laughing stock in the sports world because of his young girlfriend."
The information was revealed as part of a bombshell report, which also disclosed the proposed response the school planned to send.
"Thank you for reaching out, for sharing your views, and for your continued engagement and interest in Carolina," read the statement, written by media relations staffer Brigitta Shouppe to senior associate vice chancellor in the Office of University Communications, Beth Keith.
It continued, "Coach Belichik [sic] brings a wealth of experience in coaching and football at the highest levels. The news media has demonstrated an ongoing interest in those previous experiences and activities outside of Kenan Stadium."
Bombshell Report Reveals Bill Belichick's Email Addressing Hudson's Role At UNC

As part of the report, Belichick was seen discussing the dynamics of his relationship with Hudson and her role in an email with Keith following the fallout from the disastrous CBS interview earlier this year.
"Jordon and I have both a personal & professional relationship," the veteran coach reportedly wrote to Keith. "This is not a secret... Jordon assists me with my personal media, which is why I asked UNC to forward media requests (E.G., CBS 60 Minutes) to her."
He added, "Jordon has zero involvement in the UNC football program, beyond the degree that my personal media intersects with it."
In June, Belichick also echoed the same sentiments during a press conference to discuss his plans for the UNC football team, per the New York Post.
[Hudson] doesn't have any role in the UNC football program," Belichick told the press. "But, again, there's been noise out there about a lot of different things. Again, our focus is day to day, getting better, stacking good days together. Having good rest, recovery, and training. Moving forward the next day."
The Legendary Coach's Disastrous CBS Interview

The drama surrounding Belichick and Hudson began after the coach's bizarre interview on CBS News' "Sunday Morning."
Belichick appeared on the show to promote his book "The Art of Winning: Lessons from a Life in Football."
During the interview with journalist Tony Dokoupil, the conversation shifted to his relationship with the 24-year-old. Dokoupil asked the legendary former NFL coach what he thought about the attention their romance has attracted since it began.
Dokoupil then specifically asked Belichick how he met Hudson. However, before the legendary coach could respond, the former cheerleader quickly shut down the question, saying, "We're not talking about this."
Bill Belichick Defended His Girlfriend's Actions During The Interview

Belichick reacted to his controversial CBS interview with a statement that seemed to defend the actions of his girlfriend.
"Prior to this interview, I clearly communicated with my publicist at Simon & Schuster that any promotional interviews I participated in would agree to focus solely on the contents of the book," read the first half of the statement, per CBS News.
"Unfortunately, that expectation was not honored during the interview. I was surprised when unrelated topics were introduced, and I repeatedly expressed to the reporter, Tony Dokoupil, and the producers that I preferred to keep the conversation centered on the book," he continued.
Belichick added, "After this occurred several times, Jordon, with whom I share both a personal and professional relationship, stepped in to reiterate that point to help refocus the discussion."
