The couple, who tied the knot in a dreamy beachside ceremony in Tulum, Mexico in December 2023, looked smitten as they laughed, held hands, and pointed to her growing belly.

"Round two!!!!" Hudgens captioned the post, sending fans and friends alike into a frenzy of excitement.

Actor Mario Lopez commented on the post, "That was quick! CONGRATS!"

The surprise baby news comes just four months after Vanessa revealed her first pregnancy at the 2024 Academy Awards, walking the red carpet with a visible bump in a chic black gown. The timeline suggests the couple’s second baby is arriving shortly after their first, a back-to-back blessing the star appears to be joyfully embracing.

However, their journey to parenthood hasn’t been without its challenges. Ahead of her wedding, Vanessa faced a wave of pregnancy rumors after sharing photos and video from her October 2023 bachelorette trip to Aspen. The speculation took a toll.

"I feel like I literally just had a run-in with the public taking control over their opinion of me in a way that was disrespectful," she said.

Despite the noise, Vanessa’s relationship with Cole has been a grounding force. Reflecting on her past romance with Elvis star Austin Butler, the actress expressed gratitude for how things unfolded.

"I feel my last breakup has really catapulted me to a very, very special place, obviously," she shared on the podcast. "You pushed me to the right person," she said, adding that the split is something she's "so grateful for."

“We’re disappointed that our family’s privacy was disrespected and exploited during this very special time due to the greed of a long lens camera feeding the media,” she wrote at the time, confirming the birth before adding, “Despite all of that, mom, dad, and baby are happy and healthy.”

As The Blast reported, Hudgens was discharged from a Santa Monica hospital on July 3, the same day as Tucker’s 28th birthday.

In the viral photos, the new mom was seen being wheeled out of the hospital, cradling her newborn in a floral swaddle with a matching head warmer. Cole followed behind with their luggage in tow, donning a blue hoodie and black shorts that happened to match Vanessa’s post-baby look, a soft blue shirt layered over a black outfit.
