Kim Zolciak Defends Cosmetic Procedure History As A Necessary Intervention

No more smoke and mirrors, Kim Zolciak is lifting the veil on all the cosmetic procedures in her arsenal!

The Bravolebrity is answering all the unending questions about her appearance by giving an inside look into her cosmetic journey through the nips and tucks over the years.

Kim Zolciak and her daughter, Brielle Biermann, appeared on a new episode of “Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind,” where the latter revealed that she began getting fillers fresh out of high school.

“I sacrificed my body for six incredible humans, so I did a mommy makeover. Just because you’re a mom doesn’t mean you have to let yourself go,” were the words of Kim on the show, explaining why she underwent extensive cosmetic work.

The reality star’s collection of exotic surgeries include boob jobs, a tummy tuck, lip filler, routine Botox, Ultherapy for her jaw, and an honorary mention of her 2023 laser vaginal rejuvenation- although she made no mention of it.

Kim also disclosed that she underwent a necessary neck surgery a few years back, where she fixed a herniated disc. On why she appeared on the “Botched” spin-off series, the star revealed that she received an unfavorable result from one of her attempts to tighten loose skin.

The contouring procedure seemed to go in the opposite direction of her intended result. Kim’s love for surgeries did not come out of nowhere; the reality star shared that she learned from her mom early in life to fix what she disliked about herself.

“My mom always said growing up, if I had big ears or a really big nose that bothered me or whatever it may have been, she would have fixed it,” she stated, per The Daily Mail.

Well, Kim did pass down her mother’s words to her girls, and the ensuing result was that she took Brielle to Los Angeles to get fillers in her lips once she graduated from high school.

As reported by The Blast, since it was the current trend at the time, the 18-year-old and her mother saw it as an opportunity to pursue it. The discussion, hosted by renowned plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow, also revealed that Brielle underwent her procedure unopposed by the doctor.

Brielle was also beyond convinced that getting her lips modified was the right idea, given her environment where surgical enhancement was the norm. She recalled seeing her mom getting through rounds of laser treatments to maintain her youth, adding:

“Filler became like going and getting like a Diet Coke, you know?"

The TV personality only wished she had followed her mother’s advice and ditched the idea of getting the under-eye filler because she now has to deal with one side being puffier than the other.

Brielle remains pleased mainly by her decision to fix that insecurity about her lips and does not care about comments that she may have gone overboard.

While her mom and some celebrities on the show have voiced their intention to consider reversing some procedures, Brielle still has one more thing on her bucket list. The internet sensation joined the show to switch up her look for her upcoming wedding.

Brielle expressed that she wants to go the softer and more natural way for her wedding, where she would exchange vows with Billy Siedl. Brielle and Billy went Instagram official with their relationship in 2023 and got engaged the following year.

The incoming couple kept most details of their relationship very private until their engagement last year.

Brielle’s younger sibling, Ariana Biermann, has an entirely different bone to pick with Kim and her ex-husband, Kroy Biermann. Ariana gave further context to the brains behind her current financial situation, stating that it was a joint effort between the former couple to extort her.

As shared by The Blast, Ariana explained to Andy Cohen on his show that her exposé would not come as a shock to her parents, as she had already informed them. 

She added that although she cannot provide a specific amount that was stolen from her, she had an idea of how Kim spent it. The Instagram personality noted that Kim used the money to settle their household bills, and she always pays back her debts. 

Despite this discovery, Ariana has resolved never to let money come in-between her relationship with her mom and dad. “You can always make more money, and God blesses us in that way. I have my mom, and that's all that matters,” Ariana emphasized.

The couple’s former property in Georgia, which they sold for a meagre $2.75 million earlier in the year, got an impromptu visit from about four U.S. deputy marshals in April.

The officials reportedly arrived there to eject those still living on the property in a process that lasted for over three hours and ended in a confirmation that the home was now empty.

Kim and Kroy’s names reportedly still appear in the title section as the owners of the home, despite the home being sold. The property was purchased for $900k in 2012 as their forever family home.

Things were good until a divorce came knocking in 2023, in addition to their financial crisis, which placed the property at risk of foreclosure. The estranged couple had to significantly reduce the price from $6 million to the amount they eventually sold it for in February.
