Kanye 'Ye' West's issues with a former employee aren't ending anytime soon as she turns up the heat!
The rapper, legally known as Ye, became embroiled in a sexual harassment lawsuit when his ex-assistant sued him in 2024. The plaintiff, Lauren Pisciotta, accused him of unlawful termination, among other crimes, like unpaid wages.
The alleged victim amended her lawsuit in May before recently filing a second amendment to add more scathing allegations against Kanye 'Ye' West.
Kanye West Accused Of Sexual Assault & More

According to Pisciotta's upgraded complaint, Ye is now facing sexual assault, sexual battery, sex trafficking, false imprisonment, stalking, and more allegations. She backed her claims with detailed recollections of the moments Ye allegedly abused his power to harass her.
One alleged incident occurred while they were staying at a San Francisco hotel during a business trip. Pisciotta explained that she had accompanied Ye as his then-assistant to break ground for his Donda school. However, he wanted to mix business with pleasure.
The plaintiff claimed Ye made several unwanted advances that she blocked until he forcefully kissed her on the mouth. Pisciotta, per TMZ, also accused the rapper of asking inappropriate questions about her v-gina. Another alleged incident saw him masturbating while touching her genitals.
The Rapper's Former Assistant Shares Shocking Allegations

Pisciotta's shocking recollections continued with claims of Ye forcing his way into her hotel room and demanding to use her shower. However, he allegedly jumped his then-assistant, pushing her onto the bed, and shoving his p-nis into her mouth.
The alleged victim claimed she desperately begged Ye to stop and could not fight him off because she "froze in shock and fear." Pisciotta noted the entertainer eventually stopped and, surprisingly, apologized before leaving. Unfortunately, his remorse didn't last long.
Pisciotta accused Ye of offering her as a sex gift to someone because he wished to sleep with their partner. She declared that her claims weren't off the mark, stressing that Ye "notoriously offered women as sexual gifts to men."
Her second amended lawsuit matched some of the claims she echoed in the first complaint.
More About Ye's Legal Drama With His Ex-Employee

In her first amended complaint, Pisciotta accused Ye of drugging her at a studio session. She noted the event was co-hosted by Diddy, another rapper infamous for allegedly harassing various women.
Before filing her first lawsuit amendment in May, The Blast reported that Pisciotta had pushed to get Ye sanctioned for failing to acknowledge her allegations. She requested that he and his companies be held accountable for not responding to her demands.
Pisciotta asked for $2,100 in sanctions, noting Ye failed to acknowledge the lawsuit after he was served and did not provide any of the requested documents.
She implored the court to step in, slamming Ye's indifference as rude and unlawful. In her words, the rapper "acts as if he is immune from the law/accountability for his criminal and quasi-criminal actions."
The Yeezy Founder Has Reportedly Lost His Former Glory

According to Financial Express, Ye has fallen from grace to grass due to his controversial behavior and antisemitic comments. The outlet claimed he has struggled to find gigs, with an insider alleging that no one wishes to partner with the rapper.
"He's getting his team to phone around desperately asking for gigs. No one will touch him with a barge pole. Wembley and the London Stadium both said, 'No chance, we don't need the protests,' and that was before the Heil Hitler single came out," the source explained.
Ye's music career was further impacted by his ban in several countries over visa issues or public outrage stemming from his pro-Nazi comments. He has reportedly been warned to "stay away" from Germany, France, the UK, Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, and Australia.
Kanye West's Legal Rep Ditched Him Last Year

Besides his plummeting career and public image, Ye's life has been marred by his rocky relationships. Last year, The Blast shared that his attorney, Brian Brumfield, pulled out of an assault and battery case because of his issues with Ye.
Brumfield explained that he could no longer represent the entertainer legally because he had terminated their working relationship. The lawyer added that Ye had not only refused to speak to him but also failed to pay him.
Ye and Brumfield had been working on an assault and battery lawsuit filed against the rapper by an autograph dealer named Justin Poplawski. The man accused Ye of attacking him without provocation in 2022, near the exclusive Soho Warehouse social club in Los Angeles.
Will Kanye 'Ye' West respond to his former assistant's second amended lawsuit?
