Fresh scrutiny is being placed on Jeffrey Epstein's death, as his brother, Mark Epstein, breaks his silence to call the FBI's suicide ruling "stupid."

Mark also claimed that the ruling only further fuels speculation that the suicide was actually a murder, and he slammed FBI Director Kash Patel for suggesting otherwise.

As part of its conclusion, the FBI also stated that there is no Jeffrey Epstein "client list," a claim that has sparked outrage among netizens.

As public skepticism over Jeffrey Epstein's death continues, despite the FBI's conclusion that it was a suicide, the sex offender's brother has slammed the ruling as a "stupid" decision.

Speaking with NewsNation host Chris Cuomo on Tuesday night, Mark Epstein claimed that the ruling has only further fueled the speculation that the late pedophile was murdered.

"Every time they say something or do something to try to quash the fact that he was most likely murdered, they just put their foot further down their mouths," Mark said during the interview, per the New York Post.

He also criticized FBI Director Kash Patel's comments on the case, taking issue with how Patel cited his credentials as a prosecutor as the reason he could confidently declare Epstein's death a suicide.

"Was Kash Patel in that autopsy room? No. Was Kash Patel in the prison when they found Jeffrey? No, I don't think so — and if he was there, that raises an even bigger question," Mark continued.

"When Kash Patel came out with that statement, I laughed at how stupid it was," he further remarked.

Not only did the FBI officially conclude that Epstein died by suicide, but it also refuted the existence of an "Epstein list," which the late sex offender was rumored to have kept to blackmail his high-profile associates.

In a memo from the agency, it claimed that its investigation into Epstein led to the uncovering of over "300 gigabytes of data and physical evidence."

Teams of experts, including agents, attorneys, and analysts, then performed a "systematic review" of the evidence.

However, these intensive processes revealed no incriminating "client list" and also did not yield any "credible evidence that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals."

According to the agency, it also did not "uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties."

This means that no charges will be brought against disgraced Prince Andrew, who previously settled a civil case, without admitting guilt, with one of Epstein's victims, the late Virginia Giuffre.

CCTV Footage Of The Final Moments Of Jeffrey Epstein Was Released By The Agency

In addition to the memo, the FBI released CCTV footage showing Jeffrey Epstein's final moments at the prison where he was held while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

As reported by The Blast, the surveillance footage, which spans roughly 11 hours, covers August 9 and 10, 2019, although the sex offender was found dead on August 10.

In the recording, Epstein was last seen alive at around 7:49 p.m. on August 9 when he was being escorted to his cell by a guard.

For the remainder of the night, the only recorded activity near Epstein's cell was a guard seen walking toward it at around 10:39 p.m., followed by another appearance on camera at 10:41 p.m.

While it has been claimed that there's a lack of evidence pointing to foul play, reports indicate that several protocols were not followed in monitoring Epstein.

The late financier was not checked on as frequently as required, which has raised suspicion surrounding his suicide.

According to reports, two guards responsible for conducting inmate counts had fallen asleep at their desks and later falsified records.

However, it remains unclear whether the guard last seen walking toward Epstein's cell was one of the officers who fell asleep on the job.

In the wake of the FBI's revelations, netizens took to social media to express their outrage over the agency's claim that no "Epstein list" exists.

Leading the charge was tech mogul Elon Musk, who called it the "final straw," seemingly suggesting that he has lost all faith in the system.

Another netizen commented, "Nobody believes the FBI's and DOJ's lies on this," while a third  wrote, "Who are they protecting now…"

One other X user referenced Musk's earlier claim about Trump being on the list as the reason why the FBI did not release the rumored list. The tech mogul has since walked back on the claim.

"Elon said Trump was on the Epstein list. Is this why all of a sudden there is no Epstein list?" they wrote and added sarcastically, "Yeah, there were no victims, no clients, no co-conspirators, and no list."

One more netizen remarked, "What are they hiding is the real question. We all want answers to who is on the Epstein Client list!"
