Aniston continues to turn heads well into her fifties, not just for her timeless style, but for her enviable, toned figure.
Now, her personal trainer, Dani Coleman, has shed light on how the "Friends" star stays in such remarkable shape, and surprisingly, it doesn't involve endless crunches.
"She loves a challenging workout," Coleman told the Daily Mail. "And it's been so rewarding over these last four years to see her strength grow."
Instead of sticking to traditional core workouts, Coleman revealed that she trains the "Marley & Me" actress using a methodical and layered fitness strategy.
"I train Jen through all three of Pvolve's signature formats: Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training," she shared.

Coleman continued: "We utilize unique resistance equipment and heavier weights to build overall mobility, stability, cardiovascular health, and strength. Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up, followed by strength training and small cardio bursts. Within our sessions, we place a heavy focus on form to help prevent injury and conclude each session with a proper cool-down."
The trainer added that Aniston keeps fitness a daily priority, though not every session is the same.
"Some days it's a full hour, other times it's a quicker session," she explained. "We focus on creating a rhythm that feels sustainable and adjust to meet the demands of her busy schedule,' said the workout enthusiast."

Coleman also opened up about what it's like training one of Hollywood's most iconic stars.
"Working with Jen has been a dream come true," she said. "Between our workouts, playlists, and of course the occasional cameos by her pups during our sessions, it's always a good time training together."
Despite her full calendar and even while vacationing, as recently spotted by paparazzi, Aniston stays consistent with her workouts.
"She always shows up ready to work. Her consistency, discipline, and strength are truly inspiring to witness firsthand," said Coleman.

Regarding Aniston's Core Collection, Coleman says it's not your average routine and that it's a training that covers every part of a person's core.
"Most times when people think about training their 'core,' they think of endless crunches on a mat," she explained. "However, at Pvolve, we train your core 360 and functionally. In other words, we cover every part of your core, not just your abdominals."
She continued: "We also train you to engage your core in the daily movement patterns you perform. In these workouts, you will build core strength that sets you up for success, ranging from completing daily tasks to increasing your performance."
"The workouts are efficient, effective, and suitable for all levels. You can check out Jen's Core Collection to experience some of our favorite exercises we do together," Coleman added.
The Actress's Go-To Workout? Her Trainer Says 'Pvolve' Keeps Her Moving

When it comes to Aniston's favorite way to stay fit, her trainer, Coleman, says it's no surprise that it's "Pvolve."
She explained: "Whether we're training together or she's on the go, Pvolve's omnichannel approach keeps her moving, wherever she is."
She continued: "In fact, you can catch me on demand, in our live virtual studio, or at our West Hollywood, California studio, and experience this incredible workout firsthand with me."
Meanwhile, for anyone starting their own fitness journey, Coleman's advice is simple and grounded: "It's ok to take baby steps and have consistency to get into the habit of exercise. It's a marathon. It's not about the sprint."
She also urges people to listen to their bodies, as there will be days when they won't have the energy to exercise. "Meet your body where it's at," Coleman stated, per the Daily Mail.
Jennifer Aniston's Mysterious Mallorca Getaway Fuels Romance Buzz With Jim Curtis

Meanwhile, the rumor mill is in full swing after Aniston was recently seen vacationing with a distinguished silver-haired companion, now identified as Jim Curtis, a hypnotherapist and life coach renowned for his work in emotional healing and personal transformation.
As reported by The Blast, the duo's scenic getaway to Mallorca, Spain, over the Fourth of July weekend has sparked speculation of a budding romance. According to multiple sources, the "Murder Mystery" actress looked relaxed and glowing throughout the trip, even introducing Curtis to her close circle of friends.
She and Curtis were seen mingling aboard a yacht with actor Jason Bateman and his wife, Amanda Anka, fueling rumors that this wasn't just a casual escape, but the soft launch of a new relationship.
Interestingly, hints of a closer connection may have surfaced months ago. In April, Aniston shared that she had undergone hypnotherapy to overcome her fear of flying, a treatment many now believe was conducted by Curtis himself.
