Simone Biles is serving major vacation vibes and turning heads while doing it.

The 28-year-old Olympic gold medalist set social media ablaze on Monday after posting a series of sultry snaps from her tropical getaway to Belize with husband Jonathan Owens.

Dressed in a sleek Fendi bikini and accessorized with a chunky gold chain, Simone Biles looked radiant and relaxed as she soaked up the sun, posed with a cocktail, and cozied up to her NFL star beau.

But while fans praised her fierce fit and fabulous glow, some couldn't help but speculate about a possible change in her appearance, specifically, whether Biles may have undergone breast augmentation.

The elite gymnast hasn't addressed the rumors, but that hasn't stopped the internet from buzzing. Still, the four-time Olympic gold medalist appeared completely unbothered, smiling and carefree in every frame.

Biles has been open about cosmetic procedures in the past, just not surgery. In a candid "get ready with me" video shared last August, she revealed that she tried Botox for her 27th birthday but didn't love the results.

"So, for my 27th birthday, I got Botox, like baby Botox, just right here in my T-zone, and I did not like it," she explained. "So I haven't got it again, and mind you, that was back in March."

While the internet continues to speculate about Simone Biles' appearance, the Olympic gymnast has long been open about the pressures she's faced in the spotlight and her journey toward self-acceptance.

In a past interview with Vogue, Biles candidly addressed the harsh scrutiny she encountered early in her career, revealing that critics often targeted her muscular build and natural hair. But instead of shrinking under the pressure, she embraced what made her different.

"But God made me this way," she said. "And I feel like if I didn't have these legs or these calves, I wouldn't be able to tumble as high as I can and have all of these moves named after me."

In a 2023 interview with Harper's Bazaar, Biles explained how her definition of beauty has evolved, shifting from a trend-following approach to one centered on authenticity.

"My beauty philosophy is very raw, unfiltered, and about embracing athleticism," she said, adding that while she enjoys dressing up and doing her hair and makeup for events, confidence in her natural self is what truly makes her feel beautiful.

"You know when you're going through those stages as a teenager and you're a little bit insecure? That's when I started to become really interested in beauty," she shared. "Now, I would still say my personal preference is always having a clean face and just being confident in who I am."

When speaking on changing beauty standards, specifically for athletes, Biles explained, "I think that beauty looks a little bit different for us. We love the fun aspects of beauty, but it's not what we do every day. When you're training six to 10 hours, you don't want a full face of make-up on or to have your pores clogged."

She added, "I do think that beauty standards are changing when it comes to that. It's okay to not be wearing as much make-up when we're out there performing, because that's not the main focus ... It's truly your personal preference and beauty isn't about what you wear, it's who you are inside."
