Shannon Beador was reportedly pulled over for using an electronic device behind the wheel despite still being under court supervision following her DUI case.

This fresh legal hiccup comes only a year after the "Real Housewives Of Orange County" star proudly wrapped up her court-ordered community service nearly a month early, seemingly putting her drunk driving incident behind her.

Shannon Beador's original sentence, part of a plea deal, required community service hours and enrollment in alcohol intervention programs following her September 2023 DUI arrest.

Beador got hit with a fine for using her phone behind the wheel, and it could not have come at a worse time. The reality star was cited on May 21 in Orange County, California, "while operating a handheld wireless telephone or electronic wireless communication device."

Beador was ticketed and released on the scene. She now has until July 11 to pay the fine, which is $20 for a first-time violation and $50 for any additional offense.

Fortunately for her, the charge is not a moving violation and does not add points to her driving record, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly. The citation comes while she is still on probation from her 2023 DUI case, which is set to continue until November 2026.

The 'Real Housewives Of Orange County' Star Avoided Jail Time For 2023 DUI

ICYMI, Beador crashed her car into a residential building in Newport Beach and allegedly left the scene. When police arrived, they found Beador walking her dog nearby. After questioning, officers determined she was under the influence and arrested her on two misdemeanor charges.

Beador's attorney later stated that she was "apologetic and remorseful" and willing to cover the damages, which helped her avoid jail time. But not everyone was on board with the outcome.

Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer criticized the sentence, blasting the Judge's decision as too lenient. In a statement, Spitzer said Beador's blood alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit and argued that letting her off lightly "sends a message that DUIs are not serious crimes."

"This is not justice," Spitzer added. "We as a society need to wake up and address the very real – and often deadly – consequences of driving under the influence."

The TV Personality Wrapped Community Service Early

As part of her sentence, Beador was required to complete community service, and she managed to finish it early, beating the court's deadline.

She quietly completed her 40 hours of court-ordered community service nearly a month before her July 16 deadline. Beador finished her service on June 13, spreading the hours across four days with a nonprofit organization.

As The Blast reported, the early finish signals Beador's effort to own her actions following her 2023 DUI and hit-and-run arrest. At the time, she avoided jail but agreed to community service and alcohol intervention programs as part of her plea deal.

Since the arrest, Beador's behavior also reportedly reflected a conscious shift. In December 2023, she was spotted sipping only water at a public event, a clear sign she was taking her sobriety seriously.

Beador made it clear she was not here for Tamra Judge's commentary on her life.

During the filming of the "Real Housewives of Orange County" season 18, the two longtime castmates reportedly ended their friendship after Judge criticized Beador's relationship with alcohol in the wake of her DUI case.

At the time, The Blast noted that Beador did not hold back, saying that Judge had no business weighing in on her recovery, especially since she was not around to support her.

"She has had no part of anything that I have done since my DUI. None. In fact, she left town the day after my DUI. I hear that she's saying, 'I was there for her, and I did this.' No, you weren't," Beador said.

She also questioned why her former friend felt the need to act as "judge and jury" over her life, making it clear that she was focused on her own healing and that the Judge should focus on theirs.

The 61-year-old opened up about the night of her DUI crash, revealing that it happened just after a heated argument with her ex, John Janssen.

In a conversation with her "RHOC" co-star Heather Dubrow, Beador shared that the shouting match left her emotional, and afterward, she lost control of her car and crashed into a home in a Newport Beach neighborhood.

As she reflected on the night, Beador showed Dubrow a photo of her face bloodied from the wreck, with cuts running down her cheek and neck. The Blast reported that Dubrow was visibly shaken and gasped, "Oh, Shannon! Oh my God!" after seeing the image.

Shannon Beador's slip-up behind the wheel serves as a stark reminder that her legal troubles are far from over.
