Scroll for the photo. Demi has been making headlines for her self-care practices amid a tragedy in her life. The model continues to grieve losing both parents just seven months apart, with dad Barrie passing not long after mom Christine.

In September 2020, Demi opened up about suicide prevention and encouraging those suffering from mental health issues to access help. It looks like Rose is putting her money where her mouth is when it comes to aiding others. "What's your purpose in life?" the fan had asked.

Posting a recent shot of herself kneeling on a gorgeous beach and backed by lapping waters while in swimwear and a chic, beige cover-up, Demi was seen with closed eyes as she soaked up rays, showing off her figure but keeping it classy as usual.

Speaking candidly, Demi stated: "I’ve been through a lot of trauma but in some ways through it I have become so much stronger, which is probably reflected on my social media and in the confident messages I post," adding: "However, behind closed doors there’s been a lot of torment and I suppose I have turned that into a positive as I feel I have been through so much nothing can push me down again."

Demi regularly shares her mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and even her newest harp-playing hobby. More photos below.

Demi, who spent many years as a carer for her sick mother, continued: "Talking about losing my dad from cancer and then my mum seven months later from a stomach infection brought huge emotions to the surface but I’m so proud I managed to do it."

Saying that encouraging people to talk is her "message," the star concluded: "Being able to talk about grief is so important and not bottle it up." Demi has confessed to down days on social media, but the show must go on. If you missed her petals-only V-Day photo, just scroll.
