Dr. Pimple Popper is back at it again, tackling some of the biggest cysts and growths you have ever seen -- and this time she is about to come face to face with a 'Ram's Horn!'
As always, Dr. Sandra Lee shared the newest video on Instagram, where she is slicing into a patient's neck. The cyst, which is massive in size, has grown right below this patient's chin.
"When you pop a cyst and you end up finding a ram’s horn. ? That’s pimple-popping for ya. Happy Friday everyone!! ?," she captioned the shocking video!
In the stunning video, Dr. Lee uses the good ol' slice and dice method to open up this patient's neck -- and you will never believe what comes flying out!
"I know she's glad to have that gone!" one fan wrote after seeing the size of the cyst!
"Ohh that’s a good one ?" another replied after watching the massive pop session!
As you can imagine, as soon as the insides start pouring out -- it looks like a giant Ram's horn is growing from the side of her neck!
The best part, the woman can be heard in the video saying, "I don't know what am gonna do without it" which promptly made several popaholics react with glee! In other words, she has had it so long, she is going to miss it!
