Carrie Underwood is explaining her 52 cards while stunning fans with her gym-honed and sculpted shoulders. The 38-year-old country superstar, now a bonafide fitness icon, is fresh from a promo on her Fit52 app - the workouts based on a deck of cards accompany the "Southbound" hit-maker's "Find Your Path" diet and exercise book. Scroll for the video. It showed Carrie bright-eyed, fresh-faced, and full of pep as she walked fans through the basics of her app. The "American Idol" OG, stunning in a thick-strapped black tank top, was showing off her ripped arms and glowing with her hair in a ponytail, stating:
"This is Carrie Underwood. Join me and the entire Fit52 community in our fun workout program. Fit52 is a workout I've done for years based on a set of cards." See the video below.
As Carrie explained, it's "26 or 52 exercises," adding: "Fit52 is based on a deck of cards—each suit represents a different target area of your body. "
"♦️= upper body
♥️= lower body
♣️= core
♠️= cardio"
"The cards are shuffled and each card shows you how many reps to perform," the star added. Carrie, seeing fans begging for an Android version after the app was, up until this year, Apple only, is proving mega popular with the program, and it isn't all she's got going. Carrie founded CALIA by Carrie in 2015. One year later, the brand ranked third best-selling after Nike and Under Armour at Dick's Sporting Goods. Carrie regularly appears in her stylish merch for Fit52 workouts, ones that now include 2010-married husband Mike Fisher.
"This app has got it all—motivation, community, flexibility and customization. It’ll help you fit fitness into your life, instead of the other way around," the brand added as fans replied: "The best app ever! Love this ❤️." More photos below!

Carrie, who made headlines last year for revealing she actually starved herself on just 800 calories per day following her 2005 "American Idol" win, is now the picture of health and even a "wannabe vegan." Her diet and exercise book also includes the recipe to her weekend crustless quiche, one that came with kale and peppers. Fans replying today are saying her book has changed their lives. "Best App EVER!! Highly Highly Recommend! Her book is LEGIT as well!" one wrote.
