Savannah Chrisley Flaunts Her Massive Lettuces On Health Kick

Savannah Chrisley is eyeing up all the greens after shoveling in layered birthday cake. The 23-year-old "Chrisley Knows Best" star, fresh from celebrating brother Grayson's birthday with a massive cake, today hit up her local Farmer's Market, taking her 2.2 million Instagram followers along for the ride and showing off quite the veggie display. Savannah, who fronts South Beach Diet and Body Revolution, was steering clear of the packaged goods here, with footage showing the blonde going F-R-E-S-H. Check it out below.

Scroll for the photo. Savannah, who made 2020 headlines for her poolside hot dogs and fries and gooey Thanksgiving pound cake, was proving that balance is best. Likewise, a good display of fresh-picked vegetables. The daughter to 52-year-old Todd Chrisley, who has stated that health isn't about the number on the scale, filmed produce all laid out and ready for purcahse, and it wasn't a Walmart getup.
The Southern Belle caught a stand selling fresh beets, scallions, radishes, and giant lettuce heads, and she captured it all in one shot.
The super-healthy star, this year training at celebrity-adored gym chain Dogpound and even peeping the insides of her refrigerator, quickly moved onto another stand, this one selling gorgeous punnets of fresh strawberries. The reality face and SASSY by Savannah cosmetics fans has also opened up on food.
"It’s just about a healthy lifestyle. It’s not like, ‘I’m on a diet.’ I’m working towards having a healthy lifestyle," she told Women's Health Mag last year about her partnership with South Beach Diet.

Admitting she can sometimes be her own worst enemy, Savannah added: “There are a lot of times I let it get in my head,” continuing:"That starts to have an impact on how I think about myself. But recently, I’m embracing what I’m seeing. I don’t look at a number, I don’t step on a scale. It’s just about how I feel.”

Savannah, who recently faced backlash as she was accused of showing off her wealth, nonetheless stunned fans from The Bahamas last month. The stylish star sported a sold-out Louis Vuitton bag for a hotel room selfie, then returning to write:
