Taylor Swift will not lose sleep over her alleged stalker for a few more weeks!
The pop star has successfully secured an extension to the existing temporary restraining order enforced against the obsessed fan last month.
Taylor Swift has dealt with multiple stalking cases over the years, including one in 2018 where a trespasser was caught trying to enter her residence with different weapons.
Taylor Swift Is Focused On Making Sure Her Loved Ones Feel Protected

The singer's team was able to get an extension on the restraining order against Jason Brian Wagner till July 21.
The extension came right on time as a source close to the singer noted that Swift is heartbroken by the situation, but she "can't stress about it more than she already does because she doesn't want it to consume her."
The source explained to The Daily Mail that Swift is aware that she will continue to deal with unscrupulous elements, such as her stalker, as some of her colleagues have over the years.
Swift will, however, continue to pull all her weight to ensure that everyone close to her feels protected whenever they are around her, and she is trusting the court to help her achieve this.
Swift's Team Submitted Proof Of Text Messages From The Stalker

The singer's legal team doubled down on their mission to keep the stalker at bay by providing huge documents containing screenshots and text messages sent by Wagner to the singer.
The messages were reportedly sent between 2023 and 2025, and they contained several instances in which Wagner referred to Swift as his wife. This year, he allegedly sent a lengthy email to the star, which read:
"Good morning again, this email is strictly for my wife Taylor Alison Swift, either reproduction or use of this email is not legal; it is solely for her to read, only and for those who need to know."
He also reportedly sent another text in January asking to be her plus one to the Golden Globes Awards because he wants to be able to protect her. The insider confirmed that dealing with unwarranted attention from strangers and stalkers is one of the lowest moments of her life and career.
Unfortunately, it is one of those things the talented singer will have to encounter, but she must find a way in her heart to believe that people meant to protect her will not fail in their duty.
The Singer's Stalker Reportedly Showed Up On Her Property Last Year

The Blast reported that in 2024, Wagner reportedly gained access to Swift's residence three different times, and on one of those occasions, he was holding a glass container.
He made another unsolicited visit to her home in May, claiming to be checking on a friend. The stalker's extremism did not stop there. He also made a drastic change to his driver's license by changing his home address to reflect that of Swift.
Wagner's actions ticked off Swift's security team, who ran a background report on him. The result reportedly affirmed that he had been imprisoned in the past. While in jail, he did not stop texting the 35-year-old, constantly cooking up false stories about his connection to her.
Swift had explained in her temporary restraining order filing that she had never met Wagner or formed a relationship with him in any capacity. The pop star requested that he be ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from her home, workplace, and her car.
Travis Kelce Rates Taylor Swift's TEU Opening Night Mini Concert A Ten

In more exciting news, PEOPLE confirmed that Kelce came back with an impressive scoreboard for his partner's room-shattering impromptu performance at the Tight Ends University opening night.
Kelce noted this on an episode of his "New Heights" podcast alongside his big brother, Jason Kelce. The Kansas City Chiefs player revealed that they had planned to have fun at the event.
He referenced Swift's history with Nashville, which was home to her younger self, a safe place where she could let loose, and that is precisely what she did. They reportedly felt the right time for Swift to perform would be when Kane Brown took the stage. In his words:
"We knew that there was a professional like Kane Brown, who could just, he could figure it out… He's been on stage a million times. He's not shy at all by any means. He's a true professional."
Swift reportedly approached him and pitched the idea of her performance to Brown, who immediately agreed. In no time, she was teaching the bands the notes to "Shake It Off," and the result, according to the NFL star, was a "pitch-perfect" performance.
The Power Couple Blow Off The Steam With Romantic Date In Ohio

After taking NYC by storm over the weekend, The Blast noted that the couple picked Ohio as the next on their list. The pair reportedly dropped by JoJo's Bar in Chagrin Falls to grab lunch.
They opted for a quiet entrance into the establishment through the side door close to the Inn of Chagrin. The couple was reportedly spotted with two other people inside the restaurant as they handled their business.
Swift and the Super Bowl champions' visit was reportedly more of a family tradition as Donna Kelce, the athlete's mom, regularly eats at the Italian restaurant.
Kelce reportedly grew up in Chagrin Falls, a small area in Cleveland. Swift is also not a stranger to Cleveland as she had previously performed there while on the "Reputation" tour in 2018.
Hopefully, Taylor Swift's restraining order will provide the protection she needs to stay safe.
