Adult film actress Kylie Page's cause of death has been revealed after she was found dead in her home.
Page, who is known for her work in over 200 films and her appearance in Netflix's "Hot Girls Wanted," has been remembered by her colleagues for her warmth and vibrant spirit.

Kylie Page tragically passed away at the age of 28, with law enforcement suspecting a possible drug overdose as the cause.
According to TMZ, the Oklahoma-born performer was found unresponsive at her Hollywood home on June 25.
Authorities were called to perform a welfare check after a concerned friend was unable to reach her. Upon arrival, emergency responders pronounced her dead.
Now it has been revealed that authorities discovered fentanyl and drug-related items at the scene. In addition, investigators found explicit photographs of Page with multiple men scattered throughout her apartment.
While no foul play is suspected at this time, the investigation remains open. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has also yet to release an official cause of death.
Just days before her death, Page appeared at a Honey Birdette fashion event in Hollywood. In a brief video interview from the red carpet, she radiated happiness, saying, "I'm so happy, I feel amazing."

She collaborated with major studios, including Vixen Media and Brazzers, the latter of which shared a heartfelt tribute following news of her passing.
