‘Thor Love And Thunder’ Director Taika Waititi Enjoys Day Out With Rumored Girlfriend Rita Ora

New couple alert or maybe not so new. Writer/director Taika Waititi was spotted out and about with singer Rita Ora in Sydney, Australia amid rumors the two have been dating. The two were grabbing a coffee when the paparazzi spotted them. The 45-year-old director was pictured having breakfast with the 30-year-old singer. The two are in Australia for separate reasons but found some time to meet up and hang out. Ora is filming the upcoming season of The Voice and Waititi is filming the highly anticipated Thor Love and Thunder.
Holding Hands Is Always A Good Sign

For two people who haven’t confirmed a relationship, they were pretty touchy-feely with one another on this breakfast date. The Jojo Rabbit writer was spotted affectionately holding the 30-year-old TV judge’s hand. He was also spotted with his arm around Ora during a walk as the two laughed and joked around. This is not the first time that the entertainers have been linked together Ora slyly shared a photo dump on her Instagram and Waititi was there looking pretty comfortable for just friends.
The Photo Dump Was Not Subtle

The collection of photos included family, friends, and a few other people of support for Ora. She captioned the photo dump “Good times, memories, random things on my phone and the ones I love..❤️ #midweekupdate.” Interestingly enough, the 45-year-old director was embracing Ora in an intimate hug in the photo. His face wasn’t shown but he was tagged by the singer. The couple has reportedly been together for a couple of months but has been dodging putting a public status on their relationship.
They Have Attended Events Together

Back in March they attended the premiere of RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under but were not photographed together. However, the maybe couple did sit together according to the Daily Mail.“They’ve been a couple since early March but kept things low key,” shared a source with The Sun. However, they are apparently fully out with their respective friends and family. “All their friends know about the relationship – they’re really into each other.” Ora has never been married but Thor Ragnarök director was formally married to producer Chelsea Winstanley.
Taika Is A Single Man...Kind Of

The couple is separated and has been for the past two or more years. However, they do share two daughters together, 7-year-old Te Hinekāhu and 4-year-old Matewa Kiritapu. The couple was married for 6 years and while they did not immediately announce they were separated. Winstanley was dropping shady hints on her social media page allegedly calling her ex a “seat filler” and alluding to being over being known as her husband’s wife. “It’s nice to be recognized but even better to not be associated by name,' along with the hashtag '#notmyhusband.” Hopefully, the possible divorce is amicable
