Erika Jayne was on antidepressants during filming on the 11th season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

According to Jayne, she found herself walking the halls of her massive home in Pasadena, California, unable to sleep as she coped with feelings of boredom.

"I couldn't shake it.. I couldn't shake it. I was feeling this incredible dread. Who am I if I'm not working?" she wondered. "Every day, I woke up, and I dreaded waking up. So I called the psychiatrist and I went on Lexipro."

When a cast mate then asked what that was, Jayne replied, "That's an antidepressant. And it's the greatest thing."

Looking back at her decision to seek help, Jayne admitted to initially being hesitant to call her doctor because she didn't want to feel as if she failed.

"I did not want to have to see a psychiatrist. I felt that it was a sign of defeat," Jayne explained to the cameras in a confessional scene.

Continuing on to her cast mates in the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" sneak peek, Jayne said that while she still has a lot going on in her life that's not great, she is able to cope with them in a healthier manner.
