'RHONJ' Star Margaret Josephs Reveals Where She Stands With Jennfier Aydin

Margaret Josephs opened up about where she stands with her "Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast mate, Jennifer Aydin, on the May 17 episode of "Behind the Velvet Rope With David Yontef."

Following weeks of drama with Aydin, Josephs said that while she and Aydin certainly aren't besties, they've gotten to a place where they can stand to be in the same room.

"I would say, you know, I think we've come to a place that we could coexist," Josephs explained, noting that she has "no ill will towards" Aydin.

While Josephs isn't harboring any bad feelings towards Aydin at the moment, she said that when it comes to their social media styles, the two of them are very different. 

"I think the difference with us is I don't have to prove my feelings or validate my behavior every week on social media. I just live my life the way it is. I don't have to rally the troops to, to say that I'm correct or anything remotely like that. I'm very strong in my feelings and the way I feel. And for some reason we operate very differently," she explained.

Looking back on the comment she made in regard to Dr. Bill Aydin being her cast mate's "meal ticket," Josephs said that her comment was somewhat misconstrued on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey."

"I think the whole meal ticket thing was spun in a different direction. It had nothing to do with stay at home mothers," she shared. 

According to Josephs, she has nothing but respect for women who stay at home with their children.

"I was a stay at home mother for a very long time. I would like women to have the choice and do what they want," she explained.

Josephs went on to say that she was trying to tell Aydin, "You're materialistic and you value material things above everything else."

"What I meant is just like, 'You value material things, finding a husband and someone you want to be with material things. And that's what your main value system is.' That that's all I was saying," she continued.

Josephs and Aydin may never be close, especially after their drama-filled 11th season of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey." However, according to Josephs, she realizes that Aydin is an asset to the show.

"I think Jennifer is a great addition to the cast. She's great for TV. Is this someone I would choose to socialize with on a regular basis? Absolutely not," she added.
