Raised Eyebrows Over The Producer's Appearance

More than 700 of the producer's fans flocked to the comment section, with some raising a crucial observation concerning his very slim figure.

One follower wrote, "He looks frail to me. I hope he's doing ok!" This comment gained significant replies from equally concerned fans, one of whom wrote, "especially the last picture."

A third commenter wrote, "As if he ever needed to take Ozempic," accusing the host of meddling with the popular weight loss drug that he did not need.

"Ryan I adore you, But ... the big BUT....... You are looking too thin. Sometimes being too thin can age a person," another fan stressed under the post.

Another commended Seacrest's love for eating well and prioritizing fitness, but they could not help but notice his "gaunt" physique. "You are way too skinny if that is the look you are going for. Eat," a fourth fan penned down.

However, some followers warned against unwarranted remarks about people's appearance in the comment section. They urged the fans who had the most to say to keep things respectful and considerate.

"I just think it's rude to tell someone they are too skinny. I get told this a lot, and I cannot help it with the medication I am on. Be positive and encouraging, y'all," an Instagram user wrote.

Another set of commenters praised the producer for taking the healthy route, with some mentioning that he has been an inspiration to their fitness journey.

Seacrest Explained His Relationship With Weight And His Diet

Three years ago, the former "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" producer disclosed that he modified his eating habits due to childhood trauma from struggling with body image.

In a discussion with his pal, Kelly Ripa at the time, according to PEOPLE, he admitted that he was not in the best of shape as a child, and the memories from back then still haunt him.

He recalled being endlessly teased for his weight as a child, and despite trying to resolve that memory with therapy and professional help, he still finds it hard to let things go.

These experiences, such as resorting to swimming in a T-shirt and being given charley horses on the school bus, made him stick to a healthier lifestyle as an adult.

Now that he is grown, the producer has revealed that he has adopted a dairy-free diet and experiments with intermittent fasting. Despite adopting these healthy habits, he still finds himself giving in to his unhealthy cravings.

"I'm like con-vegan, I call it conveniently vegan. So I do cheat and eat things every once in a while, but I try and mostly stay plant-based and fish-based occasionally," Seacrest explained.

While White was happy Seacrest took the job, she harbored fears about clicking with him the way she did with Sajak throughout their years hosting the show.

White expressed that her cordiality with Seacrest for over 2 decades does not guarantee a smooth working relationship. She added that after spending such a long time beside Sajak, it may feel odd to be compatible with a new face.

The 68-year-old, however, shared that she reached out to the producer immediately after he was announced as Sajak's replacement to congratulate him.

"I know Ryan — he is professional, he's good at what he does, he's kind. I think it's going to be good. He's such a nice guy, and he loves what he does," White affirmed.
