See The Details…
It’s unclear, according to Page Six, if the company specifically pulled the products due to the situation involving Stodden. It should be noted, the products are still available on Walmart.com.
The situation comes just days after Chrissy Teigen apologized for trolling Courtney, admitting she was “an insecure, attention-seeking troll” for the messages she sent to the model and reality star.
“I have tried to connect with Courtney privately but since I publicly fueled all this, I want to also publicly apologize. I’m so sorry, Courtney. I hope you can heal now knowing how deeply sorry I am,” Teigen said.
She continued, “And I am so sorry I let you guys down. I will forever work on being better than I was 10 years ago, 1 year ago, 6 months ago.”
There’s More…
Several reports claim Macy’s has not responded to requests for comment regarding the situation. But, Target has reportedly decided to end its deal with Teigen following the bullying scandal.
As we reported, the apology came after Stodden spoke to the Daily Beast, outlining some of the brutal hate she has endured at the hands of several famous women.
At the time, Courtney claimed Chrissy “wouldn’t just publicly tweet about wanting me to take ‘a dirt nap’ but would privately DM me and tell me to kill myself.” Following the apology, Stodden posted proof that Teigen had blocked her on Twitter following the incident. See Below.
BTW — it should be noted, Teigen’s 12-piece nonstick cookware set is available on the Amazon store, for $185.
