Rapper Lil' Reese: Brutal Shooting Aftermath Caught On Tape!!

Rapper Lil' Reese has reportedly been shot during a violent incident in Chicago where multiple people were injured and transported to the hospital.

According to multiple reports, the famous rapper was amongst a group of men who were accused of some sort of carjacking or car theft which ended in a hail of bullets.

Earlier this morning, Chicago Police Department was called to a location in the River North neighborhood after multiple shots were fired. According to CWB Chicago, three people suffered gunshot wounds -- a 20-year-old in the knee, and a 28-year old who was grazed in the thigh. A third victim, who is 27, was shot multiple times in the body and is in critical condition.

A brutal video surfaced of the aftermath on social media.

The popular rapper, who is best known for his work with Chief Keef, is 28-years old -- so it appears he is one of the ones who is expected to survive. Authorities have not released the names of any victims or possible suspects.

In the graphic video, a man resembling Lil' Reese is handcuffed and profusely bleeding from his head. Another person is also shown in the clip, who is accused of being involved in the situation. He is also bleeding from his arm.

Interestingly, the crew is being accused by someone shooting the video of stealing someone's car, and reportedly "being tracked down and beat up/shot over it."

Another video surfaced online that apparently shows the aftermath from above...and police detaining a person. It appears the cops have taken two people into custody.

In the footage, a Dodge Durango can be seen which was reportedly involved in the incident. The car appears to have been crashed near the scene and is littered with gunshots.

Lil' Reese was reportedly involved in something similar in 2019, where he was shot in the neck and survived. At the time, the situation was reported as very similar to this case.

At this point, the rapper's condition is unclear.
