As his father Diddy remains entangled in a federal sex trafficking case, Justin, now 31, has been named in a civil lawsuit accusing him of orchestrating a situation that led to a woman being drugged and violently assaulted by three masked individuals during a trip to Los Angeles.

According to court filings obtained by E! News on June 26, the woman claims she met Justin on Snapchat and was invited to LA with promises of career opportunities.

She alleges he assured her "he would get her a position with Remote TV in Atlanta through his and his father's connections." Based on those promises, she says she agreed to travel from New Orleans to Los Angeles.

After arriving in Los Angeles, the woman claims she spent the day with Justin at a residence in Beverly Hills. There, she alleges they drank alcohol and smoked marijuana, which she "believed was laced due to the effect it had on her."

She further accuses Justin of pressuring her to ingest multiple pills or "poppers" throughout the day, according to the lawsuit.

The woman alleges that after consuming the substances provided, three masked men entered the Beverly Hills residence and proceeded to sexually assault her.

According to the lawsuit, the men "took turns raping her both anally and orally" while she was under the influence and physically incapacitated—from Saturday evening until midday Sunday.

While she claims not to have recognized two of the assailants, the woman identified the third as Diddy.

Her accusation is based on the man's physical build, behavior, and a moment when Justin allegedly referred to him as "Pops."

She also stated that the promised job opportunity with Remote TV "never materialized."

The lawsuit names both Diddy and Justin, along with Diddy's affiliated businesses, citing claims of sexual battery, gender-based violence, and negligent supervision.

Diddy's legal team has firmly denied the allegations, claiming that the rapper has "never" sexually assaulted anyone.

In a statement to E! News, his attorneys asserted, "No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor."

They added: "We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court."

Diddy is currently facing trial on charges of sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution, and racketeering conspiracy.

The rapper has pleaded not guilty to all allegations and denies the accusations against him.

In a statement to Us Weekly in September 2024, Diddy's attorney Marc Agnifilo expressed disappointment with the prosecution, saying, "We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney's Office."

He continued: "Sean 'Diddy' Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal."

Diddy's trial, which has been ongoing for more than six weeks, is nearing its conclusion. With closing arguments done, Jury deliberations could start as early as Monday, June 30.

Earlier in the week, on Tuesday, June 24, Diddy, 55, stood in court and took a moment to thank Judge Arun Subramanian for his work during the trial.

"I wanted to tell you thank you," he said, per Us Weekly. "You're doing an awesome job."

During the same hearing, the disgraced mogul confirmed that he had thoroughly discussed his choice not to testify with his lawyers.

"That is my decision, your honor," he told the judge. "That is solely my decision."

If convicted on any of the charges, Diddy faces severe penalties. The statutory minimum sentence for sex trafficking is 15 years, transportation to engage in prostitution carries a maximum sentence of 10 years, and a racketeering conviction could result in a life sentence.
