We noted that Parton always has an inspiration behind a song she decides to release to the world.
While some of these songs relied on love situations, Parton was once inspired by a flirtatious niece named Rebecca Seaver.
In 2014, Parton released a song titled “Lover du Jour” after she saw her niece flirting with a restaurant waiter. According to the singer, she was inspired because her niece, who was 15 years old at the time, was “as big a flirt as her” and it elated her.

The French title which is translated as “Day Lover,” was an inspiration that Parton got from her young niece at a restaurant.
The song talked about a woman telling her lover that she had no intention of being his "day lover." The lyrics also contain some additional French words.
Parton revealed during an interview that she had never spoken French before that time, but some people helped her with a few words. However, the singer handled the French words and intonations flawlessly like a pro.
