Brad Pitt’s Los Angeles estate became the latest high-profile target in a string of upscale home invasions after burglars broke into his Los Feliz mansion late Wednesday night, according to law enforcement sources.

Police responded to the actor’s residence around 10:30 p.m., where three suspects reportedly scaled a front fence and entered the home through a front window. The 61-year-old "F1" star was not home during the break-in, as he’s currently traveling to promote his new racing film.

It remains unclear whether Brad Pitt's girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, was present at the time.

According to NBC News, the suspects ransacked the property and stole an unknown amount of “miscellaneous” items. The full extent of the damage and the value of the stolen belongings have yet to be disclosed.

The LAPD confirmed the incident took place in Los Feliz but did not name Pitt as the homeowner. However, sources familiar with the investigation confirmed the property belongs to the Oscar-winning actor.

Authorities say they are reviewing security footage from Pitt’s home and neighboring properties to identify the suspects.

The burglary is the latest in a growing trend of thefts targeting celebrity homes and luxury properties in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

Just last week, the home of actor Nicole Kidman and musician Keith Urban was burglarized on Valentine’s Day. Days earlier, LAFC soccer star Olivier Giroud’s Southern California residence was hit, with thieves reportedly making off with a “significant amount” of valuables.

It remains unclear whether Pitt’s break-in is connected to these other incidents or part of a larger operation. Law enforcement has not ruled out the involvement of South American burglary crews, which have been tied to a decade-long pattern of targeting elite neighborhoods across the U.S., including many cases in Southern California.

Pitt’s home invasion comes as he’s deeply immersed in promoting "F1," his upcoming racing film created in collaboration with Formula One and co-produced by seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton.

The actor plays Sonny Hayes, a seasoned race car driver facing off against a rising star, portrayed by Damson Idris. He and de Ramon made headlines earlier this week after stepping out together at the film’s red carpet premiere in London, marking a rare and public display of their relationship.

Meanwhile, Pitt remains embroiled in a prolonged legal dispute with ex-wife Angelina Jolie over their once-shared French estate, Château Miraval. Although the couple finalized their divorce in 2016, the vineyard has remained a flashpoint of contention, particularly after Jolie sold her stake without Pitt’s alleged consent.

A recent ruling denied Jolie’s motion to dismiss Pitt’s claims, clearing the way for a jury trial expected to take place next year.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Pitt anticipates the trial will span approximately 15 days, while Jolie’s team estimates it could extend beyond two weeks. Several key motions are still pending, and a trial date has not been set yet.

Describing the lawsuit as “complex,” Pitt pointed to the international scope of the dispute and the presence of multiple cross-claims.

A source close to the actor told Daily Mail, “This is a straightforward business dispute, but unfortunately, the other side has consistently introduced personal elements, which have exposed the weaknesses in their case and complicated and lengthened the proceedings.”

Jolie, who now has 30 days to appeal the latest court ruling, previously filed multiple claims against Pitt.

However, Judge Martin’s decision to dismiss her final three arguments has firmly shifted the momentum in Pitt’s favor. The actor first launched the $67 million lawsuit in 2022, less than a year after Jolie allegedly sold her shares, triggering the high-stakes courtroom showdown still unfolding today.

While the Hollywood veteran remains focused on his career and ongoing legal matters, this latest home invasion adds concern for celebrities living in Los Angeles, where wealth and fame may offer no protection against a growing wave of targeted crime.
