Carrie Underwood and her rippling muscles are proving exactly why the 38-year-old is running a fitness empire. The "American Idol" winner and mom of two, last year releasing both her "Find Your Path" diet and exercise book and its accompanying Fit52 app, has appeared in a photo promoting the latter, with the blonde seen stretching herself out on a yoga mat. Carrie, whose bulging biceps and super-toned shoulders are down to her boxing-heavy workouts, was showing that a warm-up (or down) is beneficial, too. See why below.

Carrie, now a fitness icon and continuing to make gym wear headlines with her 2015-founded CALIA by Carrie brand, was likely kitted out in her own merch as she smiled confidently for a super-strong stretch. The "Southbound" hitmaker was seen indoors and backed by a rug and fun wooden table, with the focal point coming as the star wrapped one bended-knee leg over the other, also twisting her spine and resting one arm on her upper thigh.

Carrie, showing off her world-famous legs in skin-tight and dark gray leggings, went for a rock-hard muscle finish in a baby pink tank top, also matching her outfit with pink sneakers and a dark workout watch. A caption from Fit52, which is based on a deck of cards, greeted fans, reading:
"NEW: Our biggest and best app update yet!
We’ve been ✨stretching✨ behind the scenes and we’re SO excited to say: IT. IS. HERE!" as it offered both exercise updates and healthy recipes.

Carrie, who made headlines last year for revealing she starved herself on just 800 calories a day following her 2005 "American Idol" win, has been showing the health gains as she inches closer to 40, with the star now also fronting BODYARMOR LYTE beverages.
"I've spent the last 15 years falling more and more in love with health and fitness and taking care of myself. And it's always great when you can find products that you enjoy that fit into your life easily, that are also good for you," she told InStyle this year. See the video below!
Seemingly referring to the global pandemic, the blonde added: "We worry about the things we can't control a lot but once I realized that 2020 was looking like 2020 and things weren't going to be normal overnight, I tried to focus on my work and keeping myself healthy, rather than sitting on my rear end at home and snacking all day."
Carrie now includes 2010-married husband Mike Fisher in workout videos and image cards for her app. Scroll for the herringbone bikini pic that showed Carrie's closet secret.
