Kim Kardashian is fueling "implants" rumors as she sizzles in a new swimwear campaign. The reality star, 44, is fresh from debuting her latest SKIMS collab with designer Roberto Cavalli, and she's even included mom Kris Jenner in the ad.

Sending out retro Italian vibes as scenes showed her sipping away at a beverage from a lounger while bikini-clad and enjoying outdoor time with her "momager," Kim made her Instagram share a bombshell one.

Rocking curled hair as she modeled a tiger-print bathing suit in one moment, the billionaire also showed off her iconic curves in a bandeau crop top and leggings, and it looks like fans think something appears bigger.
