Hilary Duff sparked somewhat of a storm in March when an Instagram fan account shared a street snap of her. The former Disney star, 37, had many users wondering if she'd lost weight, with some suggesting Ozempic use. The fan commenting on her "thigh gap" sent a fire emoji, but others were raising eyebrows at the body-positive star appearing skinnier than usual. The image caused so much drama, it even led to accusations of Photoshop. Hilary is known for being super-fit, but she's likewise famous for her curves and slamming Hollywood's size-zero trend.

Hilary wore her light hair partly tied back, completing her sporty look with a sunkissed face of matte makeup.

Donning stud earrings while rocking a chic red manicure, Hilary nailed her gym bunny look, but fans weren't discussing her outfit in the comments. Gaining likes, one user replied: "She was out there muscular and healthy looking and it looks like she caved to ozembic like the rest I hate to see society get to people like this." They added a cry-face emoji in their reply.

Wondering if the image had been doctored, another fan responded: "I was just wondering is this recent or photoshopped? Her lower body looks nothing like that (or didn’t). How sad if it’s current/real."

It's worth noting that the fan account tends not to post the most recent of photos. Disputing the Ozempic speculation, one fan clapped back: "Y'all ridiculous… she wouldn’t get Ozempic. All she cares about is his children and that’s what’s best." Hilary has never discussed taking Ozempic and tends not to spark rumors when it comes to the popular weight loss drug.
