Ali Larter, 49, Flaunts Sensational Figure In A Tiny Red String Bikini

Ali Larter served up a sultry look for the camera!

The 49-year-old actress and former model took to her Instagram and teased her followers with a sizzling selfie. Larter bared her enviable physique in a skimpy swimwear that left little to the imagination.

The "Final Destination" star looked drop-dead gorgeous as she rocked a bold red bikini top that popped against her sun-kissed complexion. It boasted a tight fit and a daring neckline that tastefully displayed her cleavage. The piece was made up of two triangle cups and thin straps tied over her neck, with another pair of strings wrapped around her midriff.

Larter sported matching bottoms with a front dipping below her navel -- flashing plenty of skin across her taut midsection. Its design accentuated her tiny waist and the curves of her hips, while the high leg cuts flattered her toned pins.

Larter took the snapshot herself in what looked like a trailer room used for film shooting. Standing in front of a mirror with her hip popped to the side and her legs parted, the blonde beauty placed one of her hands on her waist as she gazed at her phone.

In the caption, Larter shared how she prepared for a bikini scene.

"For all my ladies out there that work hard to be their best everyday. Let's hear how you do it?" she began. "I had to shoot a bikini scene for my show last week. Playing a character that is so comfortable in her body drives me."

The actress continued, "So here's how I prep and what I eat for a day on set. Bed by 11pm and I take magnesium and gaba, wake at 5:30am. Celery juice and coffee and hit the gym by 6. I do a 30 minute intervals run and 10 minutes of core. Shower, dunk my face in ice water, slather with oil cause of my spray tan. Leave for work at 7am. Go through the works and blend out my tan."

Larter added, "Another coffee, lemon water, eggs and Turkey bacon. Put on Angela's diamond cross which is my suit of armor for this woman. 10 minutes of deep breathing to break down the BS I tell myself and redirect my energy to a calm, confident, and creative state while I look over my material. And then go walk the walk! Let me know how you build your self up to look and feel your best. Xo."
