It's not easy being vulnerable especially on social media but thankfully more celebrities are normalizing having a bad day… or year. Demi Lovato recently shared her struggles with relapse and an eating disorder in her latest YouTube documentary. Miley Cyrus has been brutally honest on her social platforms in the past and Justin Bieber even had to take to social platforms to reveal that he needed a break. Here’s to hoping that more people famous or not continue to normalize have a “sad day”.
