According to the Daily Mail, the future king and queen have chosen to send their daughter, Princess Charlotte, to a different school from her brother, Prince George, once they reach high school age.

Sources told the news outlet that Charlotte favors her mother's alma mater, Marlborough College in Wiltshire, England, where she studied before meeting William at St. Andrews University years later.

Marlborough College boasts a strong academic reputation and a history of educating notable figures, including Princess Eugenie and Pippa Middleton, the sister of the Princess of Wales.

Meanwhile, George will reportedly enroll at the prestigious Eton College, the school William and his estranged brother, Prince Harry, went to.

According to the news outlet, the decision for George to attend Eton College has seemingly been finalized, as he'll be moving to the $82,000-per-year college in September. A source claimed that the school staffers have already started displaying a certain "smugness" about the potential announcement.

"I know something and the people at Eton know something, but I'm not going to tell you," an insider told the news outlet. "That was after William and Kate visited Eton."

Reports previously suggested that George was registered to enroll at Eton College "several years ago," with one source saying, "All roads lead to Eton."

The all-boys boarding school has notably produced individuals at top levels of government, including 19 prime ministers. For his part, William seemingly enjoyed his time at the school, but Harry detailed his horrendous experience in his 2023 memoir, "Spare."

The Duke of Sussex admitted that he struggled with poor grades while he attended the school, prompting him to ditch university and head straight to the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

After sharing the post, William and Kate were slammed for being "staggeringly out of touch" in a scathing remark from PETA, a charity organization "dedicated to establishing and protecting the rights of all animals."

According to GB News, PETA's Vice President of Programmes, Elisa Allen, said: "The Prince and Princess of Wales should know that shelters here and worldwide are overflowing with puppies desperate for a second chance at a loving home and that churning out a litter in the midst of this animal homelessness crisis is staggeringly out of touch."

She added, "If William is going to lead, he might well take a lesson from King Charles and Queen Camilla, who have chosen to adopt from a shelter rather than contribute to the problem."

It remains to be seen if William would work to mend his broken relationship with Harry as the Montecito-based royal is reportedly offering an olive branch.

According to the Daily Mail, Harry is inviting William and King Charles to the 2027 Invictus Games, signaling his intention to mend their strained relationship.

He's expected to send an emailed version of the invitation later this month, before following up with a formal invitation.

Royal commentators have already speculated that the king is more than likely to accept the invitation amid rumored interest in having a relationship with his youngest son. However, it is not clear if William would accept such an invitation from his younger brother.
