Demi Rose was big-time burning the midnight oil last night, taking her self-care into night-time mode and plucking away at her pink harp strings well after 3 a.m. The 26-year-old model, who regularly shares her quirky self-care practices for her 16.4 million Instagram followers, didn't seem to get much shut-eye on Sunday, with stories today showing a weekend filled with music and the Pretty Little Thing ambassador enjoying some indoor down-time. Demi, who has gained 100,000 new followers since her buttercup-yellow bikini post two days ago, isn't just about the curves. See why below.

Scroll for the harp action. Demi has already made headlines this year for announcing she was taking harp lessons. Her story came void of the famous curves, instead showing a fluffy floor rug and the star's cute pink harp on it, with golden trinkets nearby highlighting her penchant for cute indoor accessories.

Adding heart emoji to the post, Demi wrote: "Late night harp zooms. Dedicated to the cause," also thanking her teacher and time-stamping the late-night music moment at 3.14 a.m.

Demi, whose self-care also includes her sound baths, healing crystals, mindfulness, and meditation, continues to channel the positive streak in the wake of tragedy. Rose lost both parents just seven months apart as dad Barrie died after mom Christine, and she's opened up on the loss.

"Talking about losing my dad from cancer and then my mum seven months later from a stomach infection brought huge emotions to the surface but I’m so proud I managed to do it," she told ES in September 2020. More photos below.

The model who last year made headlines for bravely filming herself with tears pouring down her cheeks as she revealed having been bullied at school, reached out to other sufferers with mental health issues, adding: "I’ve been through a lot of trauma but in some ways through it I have become so much stronger, which is probably reflected on my social media and in the confident messages I post."

Demi's mother, when alive, had backed her daughter going into social media modeling. Skip the jump for the bikini sandwich.

Demi, who is rapidly gaining followers and was, in October 2020, unveiled as clothing brand Pretty Little Thing's newest ambassador, has continued to stun fans with her killer curves and gorgeous facial features. The Brit, who likely charges a pretty penny for her PLT promos, has also been living her best life since quitting the U.K. in July 2020, relocating to the Mediterranean where "Ibiza Magic Island" has become a bit of a thing.

If you missed Demi's skimpy "English Breakfast Tea" post, scroll for why it made headlines.
