Is Orlando Bloom crashing the anticipated Venice wedding party with a new status?

The actor is reportedly planning to have the time of his life at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's upcoming wedding for the first time as an allegedly single guy in eight years.

Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry met in 2016 and announced their engagement three years later in 2019. They are currently parents to 4-year-old Daisy Dove Bloom.

The allegedly estranged couple is fueling rumors about their current relationship status as Bloom will reportedly attend the billionaire's wedding without Perry's presence.

The singer is currently in the middle of her world, which explains her predicted absence at the wedding, but things reportedly seem deeper than that.

Despite the gloominess of this supposed split, a source close to the wedding planning claims, "90% of the people at the wedding are kinda boring, but 10% are really fun, including Orlando, Leo, and Jeff Bezos. It's gonna be a great party!"

Per TMZ, the actor has earned the "life of the party" reputation, and he would likely team up with the "Titanic" actor at the wedding to have a swell time.

Reports of a possible split surfaced two months after the singer embarked on her space trip, which the actor felt was a bad idea. 

As shared by The Blast, Perry was one of the all-female space trip squad on Bezos's Blue Origin Spacecraft back in April, and when the ship landed back on Earth, she praised Bloom for his support.

The historic trip warmed the hearts of many admirers worldwide, but Bloom was not on board with the plan, and he reportedly communicated this to the "Roar" singer. 

The actor was reportedly concerned that his fiancée would face criticism after the 11-minute trip; hence, he advised her to reconsider the plan. Bloom was allegedly frustrated with the decision because he could sense nothing positive would come out of it.

The 40-year-old's career woes also played a major role in the crackdown on her relationship with Bloom. According to a source, Perry "leaving American Idol, releasing her lackluster album, the debacle over her space mission, and her struggling tour have been disappointing and stressful."

These issues have also caused a growing distance between the couple, and on top of that, she has had to rely heavily on Bloom for strength to carry on amid her struggles.

The source continued that although things do not look good for the celebrity couple, their story still remains on course. Describing their relationship as a point of no return, the source added, "They know they must fix things, and they both want to figure it out."

The Kids Choice Awards winner is now on the Australian leg of her tour, with the final performance slated for June 30. The Blast gathered that she is expected to remain on a break until her July 10 show in Denver, Colorado.

A source noted that Perry will then attempt to sort things out with the English actor with a heartfelt conversation that will "either make or break" their relationship. 

The 4th of July will reportedly be a poignant date in their story as the singer will fly in from Australia to spend the holiday with her fiancé, their daughter, and her sister.

The insider noted that the couple typically enjoyed a settled life, and Perry's recent "go go go" lifestyle has become the "biggest disruption" in the relationship.

Despite their ongoing rough patch, the Grammy-nominated artist and her beau still have a huge amount of love between them. The lingering feelings are sworn to help them ride out this tough period.

The source close to the couple affirmed that periodic challenges and low moments are all part of any long-term relationship. "Many times when things appear to be done, couples reconnect and make things work," the source added.

The insider noted that the singer has never been happier in her life than in her relationship with Bloom. They hinted that if they can hold on to those memories and try to revive them, the sky is the limit.
