Miley Cyrus Makes Surprise Appearance During Beyoncé's Paris Show

Beyoncé's "Cowboy Carter" tour has already excited fans for its electrifying stunts, including flying cars and horseshoes, and special appearances from her daughters, Blue Ivy and Rumi Carter.

In Paris, however, the BeyHive got that and much more!

During the first night of the show, Beyoncé was joined on stage by Miley Cyrus, who also appears on the track "II MOST WANTED" on the genre-bending album.

"Beyoncé, to be beside such a humble, gracious, legendary DIVA was a dream come true," Cyrus wrote on Instagram. "Thank you for the opportunity to perform in Paris together [and] sing our song about friendship."

"To have learned from you [and] loved you my whole life, [and] then be standing together in matching gold looks is more than I could've imagined," she continued.

But the star-studded surprises for Stade de France attendees didn't end with Cyrus. Beyoncé also brought her husband, hip-hop legend Jay-Z, on stage, who rapped his verse from his wife's No. 1 single, "Crazy In Love."

While performing, Bey danced next to her husband in a matching black set, which featured bedazzled chaps and a matching top.

After their duet, Beyoncé left Jay on stage by himself to perform a rendition of his popular single "N-ggas In Paris," which famously features Kanye West.

However, fans quickly noticed that during a part of the song where Jay is supposed to mention Ye's name, he changed the lyrics.

Instead of rapping "just might let you meet Ye," Jay instead rapped, "just might let you meet BEY."

The change to Jay's lyrics comes months after Kanye West posted disparaging comments about the Brooklyn native's youngest children online.

"WAIT HAS ANYONE EVER SEEN JAY Z AND BEYONCE'S YOUNGER KIDS(?)" he wrote in early 2025. "THEY'RE RETARDED NO LIKE LITERALLY AND THIS IS WHY ARTIFICIAL INSEMNATION IS SUCH A BLESSING.

Online, several users posted about Jay-Z's substitution, with many defending the stylistic choice.

"You see, he’s over Kanye & his mess, he changed the lyrics," one fan shared on X.

"Don’t blame it. Talk about my d-mn kids you dead to me. Forever!" another wrote.

A third fan posted, "The Carters aren't playing fair," while another commented, "Yes, Kanye is [dead] to him for real!"
