Lionel Richie Shares Cute Selfie With Kids Sofia & Miles But Who Took The Pic?

Lionel Richie has fully embraced social media at 71-years-old, but he often consults his Instagram-savoy children!

The "American Idol" judge shared a cute selfie with his children, Sofia Richie, 22, and Myles Richie, 26, on Friday, May 7... but is it really a selfie if someone else took it? Lionel seemed to enlist Sofia's help to snap the family photo. "...I bet you can tell who took this selfie @sofiarichie @milesrichie ???," he captioned the pic.

The doting dad joked in the caption because Sofia is clearly the focus of the three-person selfie. Myles was forced to lean in to make the edge of the photo, and Sofia certainly had better lighting than Lionel and Myles.

The 71-year-old and his 22-year-old daughter have an excellent social media relationship. In fact, they help each other out. In January 2020, Lionel offered his expertise during one of Sofia's at-home photoshoots. She posed in a chic all-black Alexander Wang ensemble and fiery red heels as her dad snapped away with the camera phone. "Art direction by @lionelrichie Swipe to last photo see him telling me why his photos are better than anyone else’s ??‍♀️,” she wrote at the time.

Richie is not slowing down anytime soon! He announced the digital release of his critically acclaimed album "Just For You" and included some special treats for his biggest fans. "I’m excited to share another new digital deluxe album for ‘Just For You,' featuring three rare international bonus tracks & remixes of 'Just For You,' available now! ?" he announced.

The entrepreneur also encouraged his fans to make mom smell great this Mother's Day by purchasing his "Hello" fragrance. "If you want to make a unique impression this Mother’s Day you already know what to do ?...." he wrote on social media.
