Have you ever had a job interview that went so bad that you just knew there was no way you'd be getting called back? That's pretty much what Michael B. Jordan went through when he auditioned for Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Jordan described his brief stint in a galaxy far far away in the latest “Just for Variety” podcast. The account is going to sound all too relatable to all of those people who've ever had a very bad job interview.

Why exactly are we not going to get to see Michael B. Jordan in Star Wars movies? Well, it seems that it was just a case of Jordan not having "it" that particular day. Also, he blamed the lines he was given as a part of his failure. On his experience Jordan mentioned,

"I think it was I couldn't wrap my brain around some of the sides because you know when you're reading for these high-level projects, there's never really any specificity in the sides,"

Although Michael B. Jordan did initially throw some shade on the lines that he was given to read, he ultimately owned up to his mistakes. To end his rant about everything being super vague and how we couldn't wrap his head around it he ultimately mentioned,

"Everything's like super vague; everything is in secret. Reading through, I just couldn't connect it. I definitely bombed that one for sure."

If it makes him feel better he's not the only actor that has had a subpar audition for Star Wars movies.

Back in February Tom Holland also talked about his experience in the Star Wars franchise. It seems that the main reason why he was not able to land the role was simply that he could not stop laughing as he read his lines. He told Backstage Magazine,

"I remember doing this scene with this lady, bless her, and she was just a drone. So I was doing all of this, like, “We gotta get back to the ship!” And she was going, “Bleep, bloop bloop, bleep bloop.” I just couldn’t stop laughing."

Luckily for Jordan and Holland, they've found plenty of movie projects outside of the Star Wars franchise that have suited them well. Speaking of one of those projects with Micheal B. Jordan, a lot has been made about Sylvester Stallone's absence from Creed 3.

The latest rumors indicate that Stallone is being booted from his own film franchise due to the backlash of the Mar a Lago rumors. Even though Stallone categorically denied that he'd bought a home near Donald Trump it seems that their friendly relationship is what ultimately knocked out Rocky Balboa!
