Willow Smith Honors Mom Jada By Reuniting Her Former Metal Band For Mother's Day

Willow Smith just made Mother's Day a lot harder on Jaden!
The incredibly talented musician honored her famous mom, Jada Pinkett Smith, by reuniting her former metal band, Wicked Wisdom, for Mother's Day. Willow revealed in the latest episode of "Red Table Talk" that she worked on the reunion for months and successfully kept it a secret from Jada. The doting daughter then took the surprise a step farther and performed Jada's part of their most famous song, "Bleed All Over Me."
"When I was, I wanna say about 3 or 4, I went on tour with my mom and her band Wicked Wisdom. Wicked Wisdom was lit. This is the music that I grew up around. My mother was superwoman, she was a rock star, warrior and nurturer all in one. So unapologetically badass," Willow gushed during the episode on Facebook Watch. "She was a rock star, and I was living for Wicked Wisdom."

The caring 20-year-old continued, "I felt like it was only right for me to pay homage to a time in her life because she showed me what woman-ing up really is about, so for Mother's Day, I'm about to reunite with some of my mom's old band members to do one of my favorite songs by my mom, which is called 'Bleed All Over Me.'"
Jada was the lead singer of Wicked Wisdom in the early 2000s and quickly gained popularity in the metal-loving community... especially in South America. The hardcore group even performed at the legendary Ozzfest in 2005. Since then, Willow has taken up the metal mantle but acknowledges where she got her love of music from.

Willow's Mother's Day surprise comes just a few weeks after she released her new pop-punk single "Transparent Soul." Smith is whipping her hair back and forth in a whole new way!
