Gymnast Olivia Dunne In Backyard String Bikini Shows Off Her 'Cherries'

Gymnast Olivia Dunne is having fun in the sun!

The social media sensation showed off her "cherries' in a backyard string bikini that definitely got fans talking!

On June 9, Olivia celebrated an “East Coast Summer” while eating cherries in the backyard with her dog. She is lying on her stomach as she bites into a cherry, a magazine spread out on the green grass in front of her.

“Cutest ever,” one fan commented. “You’re so cute,” another follower agreed. “Be my girlfriend,” a third fan chimed in, perhaps unaware that Livvy has been dating Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes since 2023.

Five weeks ago, Olivia celebrated officially becoming a Sports Illustrated Swim Cover model. She shared a photo of her wearing a two-piece bathing suit on a beach in Bermuda, letting her long blonde hair tumble over her shoulders.

“Somebody pinch me! Thank you @mj_day for making my dreams come true, and @wattsupphoto for capturing this moment... make sure to get your magazine!” she wrote in the caption. SI Swimsuit dropped four heart emojis on the post but she didn’t win over some fans due to the “obvious” Photoshop work.

In the comments, fans slammed her over the use of Photoshop. “Some people are just not as good at the retouching part. I can see a dent in your arm where they brought the waist in. Which they didn’t need to do; your waist is already small. Gotta love ‘photographers’ who know how to retouch lolol,” one fan commented.

“Besides, that’s NOT how she looks,” another follower agreed. “Sorry, but she doesn’t look like that when she showers off the 20 coats of body/face bronzer and heavy base makeup.”

However, some fans did come to her defense. “I smell jealousy,” one fan commented while Livvy herself wrote, “Believe it or not, this is how I look.”

Regardless of Livvy’s comment, the comment section hotly debated the use of Photoshop in the cover. “The inside of the left arm is curved. It’s not a shadow. Trace it back up. Editing and photography job is terrible. There’s shadows in her face,” one user wrote. “And they brought in her waist too much where they didn’t need to.”

They went on to write, “Because they didn’t shoot at the right angle for her. She looks uncomfortable. But only photographers and models can tell this, not average people. She’s a beautiful girl and this photo doesn’t do her any justice.”

While speaking to The Associated Press, Olivia revealed that she is excited for the future, even if it means leaving gymnastics behind her.

"I’m going to miss gymnastics so much because it has been a part of me for almost 20 years,” Dunne told the AP at AthleteCon. "What’s next? Everything. I want to do all of the things that I couldn’t do while I was a gymnast.”

Due to the time restraints on her schedule, she missed out on a lot of social activities and opportunities to travel that she is now getting ready to enjoy. She also teased that “there are some really cool opportunities” in her future and encouraged her followers to “stay tuned.”
