Kaley Cuoco In Plunging Braless Dress Told Surgeon Did 'A Good Job'

Kaley Cuoco may never stop getting comments over her chest augmentation. The sitcom star was 18 years old when she went under the knife, something she revealed to be the "best decision" she ever "made" in 2014. Three years later, she attended the Golden Globes, showing off her killer figure in a plunging, glittery dress with a very revealing neckline. Flaunting her curves while dazzling the red carpet in 2017, Kaley proved she's got staying power, with a fan account on Instagram reposting the snap in 2023. Here, fans largely sent Kaley love, but one user went right for her whole surgery thing. Kaley has also admitted to rhinoplasty.

Flashing her glittering smile in official photo ops, The Big Bang Theory star rocked short cap sleeves and a cinched waist, plus stripe-effect fabrics adding some sparkle. Letting her show-stopping dress do the talking as she held a silver clutch purse, Kaley kept glam with her blonde hair tied back a little, however soft waves framing her face added a little something extra.

Wearing a discreet nude manicure, Kaley also kept her makeup relatively low-key, sporting matte foundation, a little blush, and a rosy lip. The actress had attended that year's Golden Globes with then-husband Karl Cook. Quick to comment as the fan repost attracted replies, one fan said: "WHOEVER DID THOSE STORE BOUGHT BOOBS DID A GOOD JOB."

"Wonderful," another user said. Meanwhile, on The Daily Mail, one fan reacted by saying: "Terrible implants - you could drive a bus between them. Her face looks like it will be getting a few fillers soon, too." Over 170 users agreed with the spiteful comment. That said, the remark was agreed on by a separate user, who said: "The implants are a little wide-set."

Kaley wasn't in much luck. "Those dresses, the whole front cut out shouldn't be paired with breast implants," another user said.

Reality stars Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, plus actress Denise Richards and rapper Iggy Azalea have also opened up to confirm they've had work done.
