The 31-Year-Old Keeps Her Wellness A Buck On And Off The Road

Ballerini added more feathers to her cap when she partnered up with Celsius as their newest ambassador to help her and others focus on their fitness goals.

As seen on E! Online, the singer noted that she prioritizes her fitness and wellness, whether performing or on break. On tour, Ballerini shared that she often focuses on getting healthy hours of sleep.

"Everything came second to that, because if I didn't get enough sleep, I was not a person the next day," the performer emphasized.

Her clever and consistent habits have kept her on track, and she never misses out on what she should be doing. One hack she learned was attaching little ankle weights as she walked the arena, preparing for her tour shows. In her words:

"So I would put on my little ankle weights, crack my Celsius, and I would walk the arena. I developed this little habit of going up to the top seat every night and watching the trucks load the stage in."

She repeated the 80/20 line, emphasizing that she dedicates a significant portion of her time to being mindful of her health, body, relationships, and soul. Ballerini added that the 20 goes to indulging in fun things, which is why she would try her hand at playing tennis for the first time this summer.
