Amelia Hamlin is fresh from packing her Instagram with birthday bikini action, and now she's back with a shirt-lift. The 24-year-old updated her feed in selfie mode earlier this week, showcasing her fit figure while highlighting her abs. Staying safe as she lifted her shirt in two photos, Amelia proved how much muscle her torso is carrying, with her photos just about teasing hints of her chest. Likely braless as she posed in a baggy pink shirt and low-rise pants, Amelia opted for a mostly emoji caption, quickly earning a like from supermodel Gigi Hadid. The daughter of reality TV star Lisa Rinna has over 1 million followers on Instagram.

Amelia Hamlin is a celebrity in her own right, but she still falls under the category of a celeb kid, for most. She's known for her close bond with Rinna Beauty founder mom Lisa, and has even opened up about what it's been like having the former Bravo face as a mother.

"I always knew my mom was kind of out there — she was the weird mom that would walk around in her underwear when my friends were over — but now that she's on The Real Housewives, she's Lisa Rinna on crack," she told Bustle. Amelia continued: "She's created this persona that has been locked away her whole life. She's very unapologetically herself, which is also a huge lesson that she's taught me. Her differences are what make her a fan favorite on the show, so it's cool to see that."
