Anderson once had plans to reconnect with Lee, but romance was not on her mind. The media personality reportedly hoped to mend her relationship with her ex-husband to create a better dynamic as co-grandparents last year.

After their youngest son got engaged, Anderson expressed interest in building a more peaceful relationship with Lee for the sake of their growing family.

She made it clear that she was not aiming to be close friends with the father of her children again, but rather wanted to lay the groundwork for a healthy bond moving forward.

A source claimed that she acknowledged Lee has his path now, and her only focus was on making sure they could support their children and future grandchildren together.

Heather Locklear seems to be ready to write a new chapter with Tommy Lee.
