Kylie Jenner‘s decision to spill the tea on her breast augmentation surgery has something to do with her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet, sources say.
The socialite broke the internet last week when she loosely divulged details of her plastic surgery on social media in an unprecedented move.
It turns out that Kylie’s bold confession is because she has found a “soulmate” in Chalamet after almost two years of dating.

After decades of being tight-lipped and denying plastic surgery rumors, Kylie did a major U-turn when she posted exact details of her breast augmentation on TikTok.
In response to a fan who asked how she gets “them to sit like that,” the young billionaire replied, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! Garth Fisher!!! Hope this helps, lol.”
The frank reply, which includes the name of the plastic surgeon responsible, caused quite the stir, earning the youngest Jenner praises for being real.
However, sources say Kylie is only embracing her truth now because Chalamet’s love has completely changed her.
“Kylie is a different woman now that she has found her soulmate,” the informant explained. “With Timothée in her life, she feels more beautiful than ever, and he tells her this all the time. He loves her exactly as she is. She has finally settled into her skin.”
The Socialite No Longer Wants To Deceive Fans
Although fans weren’t on board with Kylie and the “Dune” actor’s romance when it began in early 2023, many can now see how Chalamet’s carefree spirit has influenced the reality star.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, the insider explained that in the past, Kylie was obsessed with maintaining a picture-perfect aesthetic. However, the thespian has now boosted her “self-esteem,” making her no longer ashamed of the things that make her who she is.
The “KUWTK” star, who has spent her life making a fortune lying to women about her body image, now wants to stop “deceiving” the world. The source explained to the publication:
“She doesn’t feel the need to ever be deceptive and she realizes that her deception not only hurt her self-esteem but was sending a message to fans around the world that having a breast augmentation was not okay and must be done in secrecy – that it was almost something to be ashamed of.”

However, all the credit does not belong to the “Call Me By Your Name” actor.
While Chalamet certainly played a role in Kylie’s confession, the call to be truthful about going under the knife came from within the Kardashian-Jenner family.
Before the “Life of Kylie” star disclosed her truth, her mother, Kris Jenner, boldly came out with her plastic surgery reveal.
After sporting an unrecognizable look in April 2025 that made her appear decades younger, the matriarch confirmed that she had undergone a facelift. “We can confirm that Dr. Steven Levine did Kris Kris’s recent work,” a rep for Kris said in a statement to Page Six.
Moved by her mother’s courage, Kylie reportedly decided to follow suit. “Kylie is also taking a cue from her mom. She is so close with Kris, and seeing her come clean about her facelift was surprising,” the source noted.
With both Kylie and Kris coming clean about their plastic surgery, a new chapter has opened for the Kardashian-Jenner women, explained the informant.

In a bid to hide nothing, Kris also confirmed that Dr Garth Fisher, who performed Kylie’s boob job, did her first face lift.
After the 27-year-old revealed Fisher’s name, the plastic surgeon took to social media to thank her for her shout-out. “I’m honored to be acknowledged by Kylie—her kind words were unexpected but truly appreciated,” he wrote.
The post caught the attention of the 69-year-old matriarch, who showered praises on the doctor in the comments section.
“You did my first facelift in 2011… 14 years ago!!! And made it the most amazing experience ever and even gave us access to film so that others could get a peek inside what it’s like and not be afraid,” she wrote.

His Beverly Hills office has reportedly been flooded with at least 150 calls per day for consultations to have the exact specifications. In addition, the plastic surgery hopefuls mention a liposuction or a tummy tuck, using Kylie’s body as their inspiration.
